You can read the courts own words right here. They don't use the term "disavowed" but they did find that UCLA failed its obligations to protect the Jewish students.

I’m not talking about the Court’s decision.

 

That’s one problem solved.  Will this year’s crop of college students be fundamentally different from last year’s?  Will they be more open to a U.S. funded genocide?  We shall see…
