We looked pretty darn good in Kelly Green!

Did this not somehow seem to be key in the season? Didn’t seem like we would lose in Kelly Green. Once that was over? It was a different team.

Should have maybe scheduled the Kelly Green at the end of the season instead.

Yeah he really didn’t look like a 4.4 speed guy. I don’t recall his combine time as I was higher on others over him. He made some plays this year. Made a splash as a rook.

His speed was pretty much what made him stand out on a few plays...  once he decided to move...he closed pretty well.   BG was on point, he looked indecisive.

From what I saw there was no comparison. Blankenship was a quality DB for us this season. Best one we had.

Blankenship also had an entire nfl offseason working with nfl guys that’s huge plus working with Gannon and Wilson who were db guys

Makes lot of guys look a step slow if they are hesitant to make a move…

The most important step...is the first one.

Thinking about Ron Rivera DC and  the idea of Josh Mcdaniels as OC.

Neither guy is likely to get poached if we got them either even if they coach some good/great units. Could give us the consistency we need on both sides.

Did you see this on that article?

The Eagles allowed 22 or more points in a second half more in 5 games under Matt Patricia than in 177 games under Jim Johnson.

Even if we don’t get those two I think we target experienced coordinators guys that have called plays and had success units before

I’m thinking along similar lines as far as getting experienced professionals.

The comparison was a shocking gap.

All of them in Kelly Green would be fine with me.

True...you would assume neither gets a head coaching job any time soon.  Could create stability.   Much like Andy having JJ... and now Spags.

You could put Stoutland in that category too.

Damn this man Embiidd dropped 70pts v the spurs that insane lol…

#Eagles are set to interview former #Jaguars DC Mike Caldwell, per source. Philly looking for a new defensive coordinator. Caldwell also will speak with the Raiders for a senior defensive staff position with DC flexibility should Patrick Graham get a head coaching job.

I could be easily satisfied with Rivera or Caldwell.

Can’t say I’m super high on Caldwell him and his entire defensive staff just got fired for the Jags.

" Evero turned the Panthers’ defense into a solid unit. This season, Evero’s defense ranks third in the league in passing yards allowed, sixth in passing touchdowns, and third in total yards allowed. That carries over from when he was the defensive coordinator in Denver in 2022, where his unit ranked seventh in the league in total yards allowed.

Evero, 43, led the Broncos’ top-10 defense during the 2022 NFL season despite having to support one of the league’s weakest offenses.”
