A quick pass doesn't allow the defense to over play anything though. Snap then quick pass is ideal as Gibbs will be where he is and no fake or deception of any other play being run.

You can't talk to the player... you have to talk to the agent. The " tampering " had nothing to do with any window. Howie couldn't talk directly to Barkley before or after the " window" only after the league year started.

You just don't seem to get that concept. The window wasn't the issue at all.
