Why is that? Couldn’t be because they scored, could it?

This makes no sense whatsoever. OT has NOTHING to do with regulation time. Now tell me WHAT the advantage is to deferring, I'll wait

So look up the % of games won because teams deferred. I don't care about how many coin tosses were won

Doesn’t mean that…

It had everything to do with proving winning the coin flip proved to be a huge advantage.

It exactly proved that having the ball first proved to be a huge advantage

Why do I even need to explain it? Just look at the percentages of what every coach on every level chooses. That’s all the football guys telling you…not you listening to believe me.

Why do teams defer? Still waitng on your answer. Why is it an advantage?

Hmmmm…I just told you over and over again…but exactly why in the old OT rules did every coin flip winner want the ball?

Do you want to talk about OT or regulation? Why do you think they changed the rules?????

Not even saying it’s so much of an advantage. But it hurts really bad if your opponent gets the ball first on the second half and you are losing…makes it real hard.

Attack me all you want. This topic isn’t even debatable. Go ahead and answer what the percentages were concerning coin flips I lead you to look up.

WHY? According to you since you got the ball first you should have a lead

I mean this is softball easy basic football stuff…understood this in elementary school

I don't care about coin flips, how many teams won BECAUSE of their coin flip choice?? Find me that percentage, not who won the toss

GO back to elementary school, you must have been out that day

Sure leave the obvious example proving overwhelmingly that having the ball first equates to a huge advantage. Literally had to change the rules because of the coin flip deciding the game too much.
