For me the goal for our team would be to do everything we can to get Hurts playing at his best. Pretty universal way of thinking actually for teams with their franchise QB.

Hmmm…I’m hearing you agree with me that stats aren’t everything telling the whole story.

Yeah ONE guy,it's either/ or now. You need a nice mix and we have the talent, but Hurts either won't or can't audible because he has crap field vision

Don't blame a short week it was the same short week the Bears had so that's BS

Tennessee, Raiders and Browns O producing less than us

The coaches can't execute on the field, that's on Hurts and the players

They've both been here 5+ years? Hurts suddenly decided he can't execute the tush push? The play that got him the big contract? Did he stop working the leg press??? He can't get us 10 yards in 3 downs????

All five years patullo and Siri proven they can’t do the job

So tell him to prove it now, when things aren't going well. That's what a leader does. Hurts isn't picking this team up, he's coasting the gravy train. He doesn't know what to do when the going gets tough. ZERO points in 30 minutes last week. A meager 15 today(and some was from Elliott) so don't tell me how great Hurts is. They all look BAD and it's the SAME GUYS at the skill positions

All look bad…only differing variable being Moore versus Siri…

The no excuses now. But we will face these teams post season. I was actually surprised we beat Detroit, we "should have" won today too

I think it was the '94 teams fault. Just delusional LOL

I mean. . Let's review how each drive that didn't end in points finished. What was the last play on each of those drives?

We have a QB fumble, a QB interception, a wide open Smith ...wide open Smith missed throw, an incomplete pass to a tightly covered Goedert while Dotson was open past the first down marker . That's 4 of the drives....earlier there eas an open Smith who was past the first down marker that was a poorly thrown ball.

Also a missed extra point causing a missed 2 point conversion and an unnecessary onside kick. That's a key play there too.

The defense was manhandled in the run game from the start, which had nothing to do with the offense.

Few fumbles and picks last year. Now we're seeing the old Hurts, the scared one,the deer in headlights who can't cope

X's and O's call for fumbles and picks? And failure to make the tush push play??? What good are play designs if you can't master simple football tasks? Where the hell is our run D??? Why is Hurts back to 1 read(he doesn't even run now) it's 1 read and MISS. Mediocre. Didn't pass for 9 weeks. Won SOMEHOW but it wasn't because Hurts was lighting up the field. Won some hard fought games we knew would be tough, now losing those same games. Easy schedule now, there should be no excuse not to win out, but this team looks horrible and it's not due to lack of talent at the skill positions. It's on Hurts and the O line. No need for fancy plays when you can't execute the simple ones

Keep blaming everything but the same source for years…that will work

Source-the QB who has been here 5+ years. Why do you bypass that????

Isn't this the QB's JOB to do??? Why he makes the most money???

Just like the first overall pick Caleb Williams for the Bears…oh wait…he stunk until he got a quality coach this year…now their top seed. But I’m sure you point towards some other factor for the drastic change.

Source-O line not as good as last year. That puts more on the QB and Hurts isn't delivering, he can only play when things are PERFECT

My biggest fear was Siri ruining him only coaching don’t get hurt and don’t throw interceptions. Can’t stand that

Hurts stopped learning and executing. This is the best Hurts we will see. mediocrity

I really can't tell you how we won earlier. Hurts didn't pass for WEEKS,now that he is, it's apparent he can't do it consistently

We won by skimpy margins. The O line isn't as good, the QB needs to counter that. Any QB can play when things are perfect.

Doesn’t mean the Bears can’t be good or better than us on a short week. Evidence pointing straight towards we suck on a short week this season. Is what it is. Both teams played in the first quarter last season but we stunk in it.

Hurts at his best....handing off. Unfortunately the OL isn't quite the same. To me that starts with Howie's biggest weakness of trying to be the smartest guy in the room...and being like Matt and falling in love with " assets of late round picks" to me we had 2 guys who had to be resigned. Baun and Becton. Yiu had an opportunity to keep not only the starting 5 OL, but the 6th man Steen in place at least until the end of 2026 season.

To me the OL was the driving force behind last season's success, setting up everything. They should have been kept together as the top priority.

I believe that if Becton was here, the injuries wouldn't be as bad because Dickerson, Cam and Lane would not have attempted to play after initially getting injured. The extra depth allows guys to sit and heal up.

With the OL taking a huge step back, everything has followed. That part is Howie, I hope he learns from this.

How do you call taking him to 2 SB's "ruining"???? C'mon dude

Under the unqualified coach f7cking up our best ever franchise QB the whole time. We got a SB out of it at least.

Yeah it kind of is…football they practice and prepare so much more than actual play the real games.
