Nothing near rocket science. Real simple caught in a mass of strongest athletes on the planet…nobody can do much of anything against that…just stuck. He had the ball very secure. But a free standing defender just coming up and ripping at the ball with that leverage which turned our own player Goedert against Hurts securing the ball.

My opinion revolves around the context and details. Careless with the ball? Sure the player not protecting it. This situation is arguably as difficult to resist as I could point towards. Every player got Hurts locked in…with a free defender coming right around and just openly leveraged ripping right at the ball carrier entangled in the mass of humanity.

Which mind you is what you do anytime Hurts messes up you make numerous excuses for him to try and push your Hurts agenda been going on for years

For me the extra kicker is Goedert’s role though. Totally turns into countering protecting Hurts from the strip….hes pushing on him whole the guy is stripping him. Spins Hurts around which becomes Goedert really working on Hurts. You can’t have a guy pushing shoving on you..first one side..then the arm you have the ball in…while a guy standing free openly ripping at that arm and the ball.

To me it feels like I pick moments #Hurtshaters are falsely attacking him over…which seems to be way to often.

It’s a situation so against a guy like this was…can anybody actually just Man Up to admit that stat fumble attributed to Hurts wasn’t anything to fault him for?
