He is not a top 10 QB. If Dak would stay healthy, he is a better passer then Hurts. Hurts can tush push and use his legs now and then to make plays but he can't read a defense and no it's not just play calling.Moore tried and Hurts couldn't handle anything with complexity or any intricacy. It's why we had to go back to the KISS offense last season. Luckily we had the people in the trenches to make that work and cover up Hurts inadequacies

January 14Jan 14 Honestly I really think David Shaw could be the sleeper pick for us for OC…. Passing game coordinator for Detroit right now and Detroit had one of the better passing games #3 in the league with a QB that has limitations like Hurts.Been a HC and OC before granted in college but has experience. Not sure he would jump instantly at a HC offer
January 14Jan 14 Clearly we should have fired Siri and promoted Moore. How many years are we missing out during a very SB-ish Window? Missed out this year. Then likely miss out next year since we are delaying firing Siri. After that hire the new coach who very possibly takes a year to get things up and running. So maybe make a run four years from now?
January 14Jan 14 They have to find a way to talk Reich into the job. We’ve all known he’s the best answer under these circumstances.

Doug IMO just a great feel in the moment of what to call. To me, that was more of the issue this past year.
January 14Jan 14 Reports are coming out that Daboll and Mcdaniels are at the top of our list for the OC job and that we have already reached out to them for what that is worth

Wouldn’t be my top pick but makes sense since there is a connection already and no risk of him leaving for another Hc job
January 14Jan 14 more and more I think about it Daboll makes a ton of sense for us. He has coached Hurts before way back in college but still has an idea of his strengths and weaknesses, obviously coached Saquon…. Successful OC/play caller at the NFL level in buffalo and likely won’t get a HC offer again for a couple seasons if he produces.

Are we going to miss another chance to repeat over this? Sounds fairly likely. Then have the first season breaking in the new coach. That’s three years wasting in the team’s potential dynasty window. For me : that’s dense!

Well we obviously know he was all the brains with X and Os in Indy…Siri was his OC.

January 15Jan 15 "A league source also just told me initial talks with Eagles offensive coordinator candidates/ 'their camps' have gone well, adding that the feedback has been on wanting to have questions assuaged on 'complete autonomy' over the offense--similar to what Kellen Moore enjoyed when he was with Philly. Those concerns were met with responses insuring an elite candidate should not anticipate 'any interference,' the source said."So if Kellen Moore had complete autonomy over the offense begs the question as to why the offense looks eerily similar to every other year…. Even pass happy Moore couldn’t get Hurts going as a passer we already see Shough passing well in NO with a far less talented team
