The UK is Fed for all sorts of reasons AND brexit was not a net positive. Of course you could try to beat Canada, Cuba, Venezuela, and Greenland to the line and become the 51st state but you are a bit behind in that race at the moment. Brexit will be a net positive - I saw the nonsense like the chat scanning vote last week and am thankful we aren't having to deal with that level of stupidity and mendacity, and being unable to easily undo it democraitcally. Or seeing how much power that useless Von Der Leyen has and she can't be easily removed. As for the Falkland Islands, I love how the Argies still cry about a territory that is older than their country and they never settled on, being theirs for "reasons". A territory that held a democratic referendum this century on the Argies and told them to sod off. Seeing how much it viscerally annoys them and there is nothing they can do about it, gives me great joy.
