Cook has been meh the last 4 weeks but has a great matchup, Bigsby has been great with volume but Packers could get blown out Start 2 of Bowers, McBride and Kincaid. I'm thinking Bowers and McBride but I am tossing up benching McBride for Kincaid I also need to start one of Bills or 49ers. I originally had the Bills but Dallas stink so thinking I swap I ended up taking out Bucky for Bigsby. Tight game he was in but Bucky outperformed him anyway. As for TEs I ended up starting both Otton and Kincaid (left Henery on the bench) on national TE day..... and it actually worked. Maybe that stupid holiday is a thing.
November 1, 2024Nov 1 Mahomes vs. Bucs might be in a shootout on Monday night. I hope you sat Stroud.

With just Mahomes and Butker left to play, I have a whopping 43 points from the entire rest of the team. I need 87 points from Mahomes and Butker to win this week.
November 10, 2024Nov 10 This is off topic but… still advice non the less. I’m currently banged up at WR. Should I start Jennings vs Tampa or Legette vs the Giants?

November 10, 2024Nov 10 I have Mixon, Kareem Hunt, and McCaffrey. Need to play two. Prevailing wisdom is Mixon and McCaffrey. But I'm struggling with plugging in a guy - great as he is - who hasn't played a down yet and I have no idea of what his actual workload will be. Shanahan will probably run the ish out of him because he's never shied away from running players into the ground. But Hunt has been very good the last four weeks.
November 10, 2024Nov 10 There is a chance CMC winds up on a snap count. Hard to bench Hunt right now, he is on a roll. Safe play might be Mixon-Hunt one more week.

November 27, 2024Nov 27 Been out of the country and missed these threads. Good to be home. So. As far as fantasy goes, Dallas's defense is back, right? Getting Parsons back has been huge and I think some of the other guys may be back soon like Bland. (Diggs going from limited on Monday to DNP on Tuesday is concerning) I'm stashing defenses for my playoff run in my money league and I'm rolling with Dallas this week and holding on to Buffalo and Philly. Spoiler Might seem weird to carry 3, but in that league's scoring (yards allowed matter, return yards count, etc) defenses can put up serious points with the right matchup and it's an easy way to get cheap points in the playoffs and I don't need a third TE or lottery ticket backup RB. Next five opponents for each (playoffs in red, underline means who I plan on starting) Buffalo: SF, @LAR, @Det, NE, NYJ Philly: @Bal, Car, Pit, @Wash, Dal Dallas: NYG, Cin, @Car, TB, @Philly I hope to have a first round bye (currently hold it) but if I don't Dallas would be a solid play week 1 of playoffs and droppable after that. Buffalo is well positioned for weeks 2 and 3 and i'll have to take the temp to see who I play week 3 since Philly has a nice matchup as well.
November 27, 2024Nov 27 Cowboys Defense only if the matchup is right... I'd consider against the Giants and Panthers. That's it. Monitoring the weather for the Sunday night's 49ers/Bills game: freezing temps, lake effect snow showers? I have a bunch of Bills and 49ers on my roster.

December 2, 2024Dec 2 This will be the second game that I lose because I left too many points on the bench. Both of us had all our starters play already. I would've won if I started Najee Harris over Aaron Jones. How often do all of you lose by leaving points on the bench? I find that I lose more often from the other team just having a lot of guys have great days. It seems like it doesn't matter how many points you score, but how many points the other team scores.
December 2, 2024Dec 2 It depends. If I can put together a good roster that consistently scores in the top of the league, I find I can make it to the top of the standings. Sometimes the schedule plays tricks on you: You get everyone's good week. Or it can go the other way, and it makes it easy. In the end I think it balances out. To me it boils down to injuries and how you adjust through the season. Losing your top players can sink you. But you can find some diamonds in the rough.

December 3, 2024Dec 3 Jameson Williams vs. Packers (Thursday night) or Jauan Jennings vs. Bears? Full-PPR.

December 3, 2024Dec 3 Ok, @toolg, @Mat and @mr_hunt (and anyone else) I need a RB in the worst way for this week only. I'm currently down to Bucky and Vidal. I thought Vidal would get a good amount of carries last week so I dropped Cam Akers for him but that didn't materialize. On top of that, his matchup this week is TERRIBLE. Here is what is available: My waiver priority is 11 out of 12, so Guerendo isn't happening. So Williams through Ford, do you believe any are worth burning my waiver "priority" and picking up? (I know my waiver priority is ass, but I may need some to pick Dallas defense back up next week (currently rostered but dropping them at 12:55 pm Sunday for a kicker, long story)) I was thinking maybe putting in claims for Williams (good matchup) and Akers (Jones keeps fumbling), but maybe the game script will require more of a run game to slow KC down and Vidals carries will increase?
December 3, 2024Dec 3 those options stink. i mean...put in for guerrendo even though you won't get him, of course. charbs & akers are probably in the same tier as vidal so idk if i'd bother...and def wouldn't use a waiver on them.
