Nobody went to Las Vegas Wranglers games, but the Golden Knights are the blueprint for hockey in the Sun Belt. I think people will appreciate having a new team, going so long with just one team, and they will show up. Salt Lake City would make a cool road trip to catch an away game.

It will for a while but we'll see after the novelty wears off. There isn't much to do so unless you ski or hike. Then it's worth it. The food isn't great either...esp the baked goods.
April 16, 20241 yr Philly must beat Washington in regulation, and the Wings and Penguins must lose their games in regulation. This gives the Flyers, Caps and Wings all 89 points, and the Penguins 88. The Wings are out due to the RW tiebreaker, and the Caps and Flyers go to a fifth tiebreaker: Regulation wins: Tied 31-31 in this scenario Regulation wins plus OT wins: Tied 35-35 Total wins: Tied 39-39 Head-to-head points: (they did not play an even number of games: with one or more of the other tied clubs, the first game played in the city that has the extra game shall not be included) Tied 2-2 Greater goal differential: Philly is ahead -25 to -38
April 16, 20241 yr Part of me wants them to just miss the playoffs and get a lottery pick. The other part of me thinks that getting playoff experience could be good for this group, even though it would probably mean losing in a gentleman's sweep to the Rangers.

PIT missing as well would bring me happiness, so I can just see everything falling the Pens way tonight/tomorrow after everything fell against the Flyers last night.
