it still exists but it has to be really blatant, that guy actually did take a stick to the face. Even a little love tap will get a reaction, it's not a comfortable feeling 

So I missed like the first 5ish minutes, was the play at that point like it is now or were the Canadiens controlling things? I know they scored but doesn’t always tell the story. Just wondering because since I started watching the Flyers have been dominating.

I think the idea was to remove the subjectivity from it. But I agree, generally I think it makes it worse.

Habs started off like their heads were on fire, mistake while we were on the pp led to a shorthanded break, bad ricochet off the boards lead to a close range follow up. Hart should have had it though.

Yeah but I’d rather have subjectivity to it. You know when a guy did it on purpose and when a guy accidentally did it. The bleeding thing if I took  something before the game or on some sort of meds that could make it easier for them to bleed. 

Some crap ice conditions. Puck is bouncing all over the place. Expected after 2 games already on the surface today.

Can thank Braun for that penalty. Instead of taking the hit and controlling the puck he shied away and it stayed in the zone and farabee gets called for the penalty.

Yeah idk if hart thought it wasn't going to come back out or if he thought one of the defensemen was going to get it but not a good play by him

Like you said the other night for some reason the flyers have wanted to play this series like the 95 devils where you get a lead then just play a shell defensive game and make it a living hell to score for the other team. That tends to only work if you get the lead. Asking the flyers to score two goals to win this feels like a tall task with how the offense is going. 

Curious question if you had to rank the top 8 teams in the playoffs right now what order would you have and where would you put the flyers in that pecking order?

Based on the Way the flyers have played I’d say middle of the pack but it’s hard to discount the fact that the flyers have completely changed their style of play to counter what the Habs are doing so they are not quite playing to their strength. Get out of this round and back to our game I think we see more of round robin play flyers rather than Habs series Flyers. We may have been the best team in the playoffs during round robin play.

Kind of think that depends on who they play. If they play the Islanders I can see this type of game. The Islanders have owned the flyers this year. We are 0-3-0. I believe the Flyers have lost by two goals in 2 of the three of the games and I wanna say the Islanders have scored four more goals in all three of those games

I think we're going to start getting some bounces soon.

Frustrating that one lazy play can very well lose us this game. Its going to be hard for us to score 2 on this turtle team.

I attempted that a few years ago (cutting the cord).  Took about 2 weeks dealing with streaming issues I went back.

Good (not their fastest since its a ripoff) internet speed, basic channel package (and HBO if it happens to be on discount) is more than worth the cost until streaming options, sports broadcasts in particular, are beefed up and offer more stability and DVR options.

Normally I wouldn’t but this Montreal series has played out very similar to what the season series. Regular season flyers won 2-1, 3-2 and lost 4-1.
