Yea, but the first 1:00 is for then1st team to practice their entries.

Not till the 2nd group comes in that we get actual shots on net.  Its a neat system.

Honestly not sure they get that goal back. Such a huge momentum switch to be up 2-0 then down 3-2. AV should’ve bit the bullet not challenged. It was already bad they scored to tie it then with that momentum were going to make you pay on the PP
