May 28, 20232 yr Bardstown foursquare finish is pretty solid, if expensive... wish it wasn’t a blend, would be awesome if it was a barrel pick.
June 2, 20232 yr Had some Lark from tasmania. Nice also some australian solera rye. Winner but the Ardbeg 19 was amazing as was a 13 yo port charlotte pick
June 22, 20232 yr Looking to buy a nice bottle of scotch or bourbon as a gift for someone this weekend. Looking to spend in the $100-150 range. Better to go to a store in PA or wait until I get to Jersey and stop by a discount liquor store in the Cherry Hill area? Note that I know my way around Cherry Hill a bit but am not familiar with which places have best selection or deals.

I think it's around 120 in pa now.
June 22, 20232 yr That’s one of the options I was looking at/thinking about and I know I’ll be right by a state store that should have it in stock tonight. Just not sure if I could save some money by waiting until I get to NJ this weekend to buy it.

Just not sure if I could save some money by waiting until I get to NJ this weekend to buy it. That I don't know. I know last year I waited till my ride down to AC to pick up a bottle of vodka. Stopped at a random spot in Jersey and it was $5 more than I could get it in PA
June 27, 20232 yr The master, the swabber, the boatswain, and I, The gunner, and his mate, Lov'd Mall, Meg, and Marian, and Margery, But none of us car'd for Kate; For she had a tongue with a tang, Would cry to a sailor Go hang! She lov'd not the savour of tar nor of pitch, Yet a tailor might scratch her where'er she did itch. Then to sea, boys, and let her go hang! This is a scurvy tune too; but here's my comfort.
