June 27, 20205 yr Whiskey is definitely my liquor of choice choice. This is my go-to for Old Fashioneds, but it's also great for sippin.' It's priced about the same as your typical middle-tier ryes, but it's top-shelf quality IMO. Great stuff!

I walked into the liquor store yesterday, and between you and @NOTW I decided to grab whatever whiskey/bourbon I saw first, and Teeling it was. I am finishing off a glass on the rocks right now, and I am really enjoying it. Goes down way too easy. I'll probably be smashed in an hour.

Well done Teeling!
June 29, 20205 yr anyone ever try the online shops for allocated bottles? they seem to kill you on shipping
July 5, 20205 yr Well gents, it's a holiday, so time for a cocktail! I mean, if it's not made with Angostura bitters, muddled Luxardo cherries, raw simple syrup, and rye poured over a fat rock of ice, is it even an Old Fashioned? Cheers!
July 7, 20205 yr got a bottle of Ardbeg Blaaack the annually committee release. these bottles can be tens or twos, historically
July 7, 20205 yr I guess this qualifies, but when and if I take shots, Jack Fire is a better cinnamon whiskey than Fireball. It's less syrupy, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't tear apart your insides like Fireball apparently does.
July 8, 20205 yr Fireball is really syrupy. My wife and I have traditionally had a fireball on Christmas Eve right before company comes to kick off the holiday. I enjoy it, but one is enough cinnamon syrup for me.

July 25, 20205 yr Bought some Bushmills last night since I’m trying out some different Irish whiskeys. My wife drank almost half of it.
July 29, 20205 yr picked up a kinsey 4 year rye last week. wasnt a fan at first but after it was open for a little, it really got better. same company used to make a linfield rye that i loved but discontinued it and came out with this

You had many Irish Whiskeys? I had Bushmills when I was in Dublin, of course Jameson and I've had Teeling. My liquor store has one called "Writer's Tears."
