I probably saud the tariffs will work and we will measure that by factories coming back here. Stand by it. Factories take time to build though so I doubt I said they'd be up and running in a year.

That's not a victory lap. That's laughing and talking crap about how much longer people have to suffer who have TDS. A victory lap would have been me on election night calling out Van, Gannan, and WGB and rubbing their faces in it the way you know they would have gladly done so to me. Didn't do it.
