We're technically a private practice so sure I can do whatever I want. Problem is then that family leaves and those kids are at the whim if some scumbag family medicine doc who write illegitimate medical exemption notes, sell their proprietary cleanses to remove vaccine heavy metals from their body and give em months of IV medication for "chronic Lyme disease" at their boutique clinic. All of those are real examples btw. I'm kinda sentencing those kids to **** healthcare.

So in the end you got a pick your battles. For me it really boils down to "can I make a positive difference in these kids health outcomes by keeping them around and engaging the family." I can tell you I reported a foster mother this past year to family services who told me "I don't plan on poisoning these kids with that crap" and went on a whole rant about mercury and autism. She no longer is allowed to foster young kids. Again cost/benefit ratio, they're better off.
