The idiots who don't know better here will cheer this.

They can cherry pick some high end research institutions whose indirect costs are very much on the high end, but the reality is that 15% is going to make research infeasible for most universities.

One of the things America has going for it is its research institutions. Trump is going to destroy it for 0.1% of the budget.

I'd be willing to bet that Musk's indirect cost rate on his defense contracts is in excess of 100%.

It’s also his highest approval and lowest disapproval between both of his terms.

Kind of sad that 51% is his highest. He was at 67% disapproval after the insurrection. I have faith that he can get more than 67% of the country to hate him this time around. He's off to a great start!

(Bloomberg) -- Congressional Democrats have turned to street protests, all-night Senate debates and stunts like bursting into the House speaker’s office in search of the Treasury secretary to wage their fight against a blitz of executive actions, only to reinforce how little influence they have in President Donald Trump’s Washington.

Hey, consumer confidence is down. It’s lowest level since July.

Good thing it doesn’t make up two-thirds of the economy.

I'm still baffled people think he can lower grocery prices even though he says he cant.

I’m pretty sure this mishap had nothing to do with the system.

So Trump still can't get over being frozen out of owning an NFL team.

What a tiny man.

You're still having problems with 2016.
