Why people are more concerned about due process for a foreigner associating with known terrorists than Americans who are being royally screwed by this administration pretty much explains why they aren't winning elections.

Homeland security is arguing she needed a new visa all together to get back into the country Based on what we have learned, let's try to summarize this from the "current legal situation". Visas can be revoked without reason and without due process. However, detention and deportation are another matter and therefore in practice a revoked visa cannot be fully processed (i.e. deportation) without due process. There is a provision for deportation based on an expedited process but that provision does not apply in the cases we have been discussing for various reasons based on the details in each case. Re-entry is an entirely different matter and can be denied without any further due process for basically any reason for non-citizens. Look good?

You seem glued to that one particular case. What about the guy that we found out was innocent and the govt really did F up? There might even be more that just haven't got to the global news yet

But in the end regardless of the case you bring up he always seems to find a way to try to justify it. Almost as if his feelings on the issue matter more than the actual details and facts. Which is very odd coming from someone who has mocked MAGA for doing for just that for over a decade.
April 1Apr 1 https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/rubio-says-el-salvador-offers-to-accept-u-s-deportees-of-any-nationality-including-violent-american-criminals Quote Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Tuesday that El Salvador’s offer to accept and jail violent American criminals raises clear legal issues but described it as "very generous” and said President Donald Trump would make a decision on whether to move forward with it. Rubio reached an unusual agreement with Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele a day earlier that the Central American country would accept U.S. deportees of any nationality, including American citizens and legal residents who are imprisoned for violent crimes. "There are obviously legalities involved. We have a Constitution,” Rubio said at a news conference Tuesday in San Jose with Costa Rican President Rodrigo Chaves. "But it’s a very generous offer. No one’s ever made an offer like that — and to outsource, at a fraction of the cost, at least some of the most dangerous and violent criminals that we have in the United States. But obviously, the administration will have to make a decision.”

What's to stop them from taking the step of imprisoning American citizens in that hell hole?
