are you a mormon?

I'm from Philly not Utah. They knock on my door a lot, though. Where the hell did that come from?

I just thought the extra 'm' was a typo or autocorrect...

No. I stopped to see a friend and ended up in Park City, where I couldn't believe how nice it was. Nature wasn't a thing back home, but out here you can really enjoy it. It's getting too damn crowded even on this side of the mountain. Mormons are nice people, though. Well, most of them who aren't in politics. Every single one of those are horrible.

Says the Trump voter

Well, the majority of Americans did vote for him, and who did you vote for again? The completely inept 3rd tier pageant contestant who didn't win a primary? :P

So are you going to tell us that the stock market would be plunging and we’d be entering a recession right now had Kamala won?  Is that your take?

Bro, this is a particularly bad week to be calling the competition inept.

Pretty sure Harris wouldn't have put a 10% tariff on penguins.

I believe trump got about 77million votes, Harris about 75 million, and 90 million eligible voters didn’t vote. Try again high speed!

Homeboy was in here yesterday trying to get the non-MAGA morons convinced that smart investors are buying stock right now.

This post is the equivalent of Kyle Schwarber coming out of his cleats as he's taking a fastball rip on an offspeed pitch.

Seems like two sides of the same coin really. Heads they win, tails we lose. It's been that way for a long time. Just live life and find joy where you can.

It sure doesn't take much to get a reaction around here, but I have to admit, that was funny.

No dude, just stop. I disagree with the policy goals of the Democrats, but acting like they would be this insane is just disingenuous. They wouldn't have done anything close to this idiotic. Democrats make the country worse slowly; morons risk a complete black swan meltdown.

I read the whole thing.

I can't click it. Does the "CALL TO ACTIVISM" button tone down the histrionics a tad?

Tell us again how you were a "law enforcement officer" while voting for a rapist and convicted felon.

I'm not on team 3D chess and this is to crash the market to pay off debt. He talked about tariffs and he is all in. If people ask why we haven’t said much it's because we expected this and like all of us have to wait and see if it works. We aren't panicking. In a year or so if the economy does crash I'll say people were right.

Can't say I agree with that.  In previous discussions regarding tariffs, the response from Trump supporters has typically been, "he's just threatening to use them as leverage to get a better trade agreement. He wouldn't actually do it.  It's a negotiating tactic to get other countries to give us better deals.  You guys just don't get it because you don't know business and negotiations like Mr. Art of the Deal".

What's REALLY funny is that last time he was president, he used a similar tactic with Canada and Mexico, which resulting in the ending of NAFTA and the creation of USMCA, which we were told by Trump was a BRAND NEW trade agreement with Canada and Mexico that was WAAAAY better than NAFTA and finally gave the US a good deal (of course, anyone who wasn't a sheep and spent 5 minutes looking at it realized that the most significant difference between NAFTA and USMCA was the name of the agreement).   And now we are back in a trade war with Canada and Mexico because Trump says our trade deal with them is so unfair (you know, the totally awesome super duper one he made last time).

Yes, and I don't have a negative opinion yet. I'm willing to wait and see how it plays out not jump overboard two days in. I voted for this, and I wanted this. People think it's further than expected and it may be. I get people freaking out, but someone asked where we were. We are watching and hoping it works. If it doesn't we all go down.

Just out of curiosity, why would you want something that has proven time and again to be a terrible idea that decreases domestic prosperity?
