The ability of a federal court to issue injunctions and the limitations and breadth is an entirely different matter of law.Guess we will see just how Fed we are if the ruling is expanded to the admistration's request.

They spent over 2 hours when it was set for 45 minutes and there was quite a bit of clear signaling by jurors to each other. It wasn't clear to me which way this one will go but it will definitely be a split decision and might very well be 5-4.
