October 30Oct 30 In a recent press conference, when asked by a reporter why he didn’t simply deploy the Coast Guard to intercept narco boats and arrest traffickers, President Trump replied, "We’ve been doing that for thirty years, and it has been totally ineffective.”The president went on to say that the narcos "have faster boats…world-class speedboats…but they’re not faster than missiles.”

The boats can’t carry enough fuel For that along with the drugs and people. It’s all a show.

Not just kill people And try to identify remains later. International laws exist for a reason and your boy is committing cold blooded murder. Think about that for a second and how would you explain that you’re ok with it to your kids. It’s a Sick, demented act.

When the 12th Amendment was passed, the qualifications to serve as President were being 35 and a natural born citizen. Trump and Obama both meet that standard. They can not be elected again, but they are Constitutionally eligible to serve. The drafters of the 22nd Amendment could easily have said no person shall serve more than a certain number of years, but they didn’t. Honestly, this wouldn’t even be close legally. The 12th says "no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President” can be VP, and the only constitutional requirements are being 35 and a natural born citizen.

Meanwhile I'm going out of mind over the price of wine! Me and wifey would quaff a bottle a day and we had about a dozen go-tos at $14 and under, now we can't find a decent bottle under $20. Restaurants and plane tix also way, way up. The nice things that made middle class comfortable and cool are becoming luxury items with the biggest hikes but since that's not politically viable to bish about nobody says it.You should really consider being less poor.

And the 12th Amendment says you need to meet the Constitutional requirement to SERVE as President, not the be elected. Which makes sense since the 22nd Amendment didn't exist at that time.By the letter of the law, it is perfectly Constitutional. Not buying it. I’m sure Trump will find a lawyer who would try that twisted logic, but it’s BS. Maybe I’m missing your sarcasm?

That’s the two term limit. So he’s not eligible to be president and therefore cannot be elected as VP and take over. That seems pretty clear to me and this whole discussion is like a cows opinion, it’s moo.
