You libbots b**** and moan over everything he does that you hate, but not one of you praise something that he does that you know deep down you love.

Trump doesn’t care about those people.  It’s just a PR stunt.

The Gestapo tactics have started. Even citizens are not safe.

"As of today, it looks as though Donald Trump is in the process of freezing federally-funded cancer research in the United States," says Chris Hayes.Jan. 23, 2025

So no funding for cancer research. Eggs were more expensive this week by the way.

Ya'll messed up. He doesn't even need to pretend to need your vote anymore.

Maga wants people to get cancer and then they will take away their health insurance.

Trump getting crap done. So nice to have a competent President again

"I'll also be signing an executive order to begin the process of fundamentally reforming and overhauling FEMA, or maybe getting rid of FEMA," Trump told reporters in North Carolina on Friday morning. "I think, frankly, FEMA is not good."

'FEMA is not good:' Trump announces agency overhaul during visit to North Carolina (Fox News)

President Donald Trump said he plans to overhaul the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as North Carolina is still recovering from Hurricane Helene mess

I hope  his dabbling in federal government won't require my job to go from 100% remote to 100% in person. Thats 80 miles round trip :mellow2:

My Lancaster based co-worker has a friend who works for the FDA. He inspects facilities in Central PA from North Central down towards Lancaster.

His home office is Delaware.

He's been working out of his home for years, he lives in central PA because it is central to his territory.

He's being told now he has to drive to Delaware after visiting facilities in northern PA to write his reports.

The stupidity is mind boggling.

You make it sound like 80 miles round trip isn't typical

I think we need to get a betting pool together somehow, not sure the best way to do it, on when and by who trump gets assassinated. I’m not saying he should be, but he’s sheeting in a lot of sandboxes. Depending how he handles Russia/Ukraine he could get popped from either side. He pisses all over nato, there’s several countries that could say enough. He starts implementing tariffs everywhere, there’s some wealthy people abroad who can probably find a good shot that dgaf. It could be Ronald McDonald with a Big Mac.

Its hard to guess when until trump shows his ignorance to the wrong group, so I don’t know how to set it up.

I knew he no longer needed my vote after he won. I learned about term limits in school. 😉

Kamala isn't your president. Your welcome.

Not for me..I have been fortunate in my life that my jobs have been less than 10 miles from where I live. But my current and previous positions are at least 30 mi away but I lucked into 100% remote positions.

Driving in DMV sucks.

Guess who'll get blamed.

We should have a pool.

Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm certain the DNC will learn from this devastating loss.

He appears to be having a blast in California right now. He must have paid for and bussed in that audience.......

The televised round table was genius.

Average commute time is under 30 mins. Even if that's 100% highway you're well under 80 round trip.

I have a pretty big commute on days I go in to the office and I'm around 70 round trip. I don't know anybody with a longer commute than that.

Assuming he lives in the suburbs and drives to the city it's really not that crazy. I've heard way worse commutes.

Hate him all you want to, and many do, some more than healthy, but this is leadership.

When I worked as a very successful hedge fund manager with multiple lingerie model girlfriends back in the 1980's, I maintained my toney Hackney Wick flat and took the Concorde to my austere, yet lucrative, cubicle in Manhattan. Five hours each way but worth every penny to never have to set foot in New Jersey.

A Republican could have one hand in zuke's pocket and the other jingling a set of keys in front of his face, and he'd be telling everyone this is what leadership looks like with tears in his eyes.

Most believable post you've ever made.
