There’s no way you graduated from College. Your overuse of the word "literally” like a 13 year old girl, you think trump should be allowed to serve a 3rd term, no basic understanding of the constitution or the separation of powers...let me guess every person in your world who disagrees with trump is "the left” or if they’re a republican they’re a RINO?

I gamble on my phone never had to show ID, haven’t drank since 2025 but wasn’t asked for ID. I just a new drivers license and re-registered my vehicle (PA) but was never asked to use my ID. No lie I can’t recall the last time I had to use my ID for anything.

The amount of hoops and mental gymnastics you did to convince yourself of this is hilarious. You're right no one ever uses ID for anything ever. What even is an ID I NEVER use it!! The left everyone..

NO it’s really not that hard to know what you legally have to show ID for.

Any day now……

There's no research needed to know that every American uses their IDs all of the time

I will be 52 years old in a couple of weeks, I cannot remember the last time I pulled my ID out for anything

I’m all for voter ID but it has to be done right. First, it must be done in accordance with the poll tax prohibition. Second, there must be a sufficient amount of time before the requirement takes effect.

The bill keeps getting tweaked but for now it does not meet the poll tax requirement AND the time is running out as well for the midterms. I don’t support the current push which is just a tactic by the Repubs to try and save the midterms by rushing a poorly designed half baked bill. Get it right and with enough time to fairly and successfully implement it for ‘28.

Why? Even when I get flagged for something like Nyquil they just ask me to punch in my birth date. Couldn't tell you the last time a grocery store required my ID.

Why though? "Why not" really isn't an answer when implementing a billion dollar solution for a problem that doesn't exist. You need a valid ID to register to vote. Are we seriously suggesting thousands/millions of US citizens are coordinating with non-US citizens and the deep state not to vote? Why wouldn't they just go ahead and vote themselves? There is absolutely no logic behind why people support this. It solves no problems and just costs money and negatively impacts poll workers.

this is real

The only purpose of the save act is to disenfranchise voters to steal elections. Like you said, I doubt there are millions of

Voters saying "eh I don’t feel like voting, hey Juan can you go punch my ticket for me and my dead grandma.”

The voter registration card you get when you register to vote after proving your citizenship is sufficient.

Requiring ID is also opening up potential for voter intimidation if suddenly everyone knows who you are and what party you are.

Because it just makes logical sense. We can take 10 years to implement and Trump can pay personally once we put him away and seize his assets. We can start with any photo ID for now and offer free national IDs to anyone that wants one. Over time the criteria and process can be improved. Don’t make it so binary.

Judge the SAVE Act on its own merits. I vote "no”.
