Going to be interesting to see what happens with DOGE now that Musk is on the way out. They currently report $160B projected in Savings and let's say they actually get 1/2 of that in real savings so $80B. That would be a nice chunk of money and I suspect most is in the category of reasonable stuff to discard. Think I predicted $50B so certainly more than what I thought they would get done. Still just 4% of the goal they set so overall clearly trending toward an F.

I can't imagine why people in the Trump administration are calling him annoying.

Most of his voters have the intellect of a 7 year old so at least he knows his audience.

I’m going to use my $150 of savings to pay less than 4% of the annual estimated expense increase of $3800 per consumer per year due to tariffs!!!

WOW! What a deal! Thanks trump!

All the momentum in DOGE is gone. It still is a bit early to total up the results. We can wait until Musk leaves and the shift moves over to regulation instead of savings but it seems as if we are now either in or soon to be in a "treading water" pattern until Musk officially leaves.

The numbers reported on the DOGE website still say $160B but all attempts to audit the reports based on the details in the wall of receipts puts the actual savings numbers down as low as the sub $50B mark. The fat lady isn't singing yet but this is certainly looking like a lot of bark and not much bite. As predicted.

And not one arrest. What a failure.

Yeah, I remember that story. Pretty sure one of the usual suspects even posted it. They never get tired of being fools.

take notice to the date of the article, it's too perfect for those that believe their bs.

One of my tenants is a driver and dispatch for Amazon. Sure hope he doesn't lose his job or it'll flow downstream to me.

Thanks Trump. 🖕
