Please, our president is able to predict the track of a hurricane with just the use of a sharpie. These are much needed cuts.

There’s a storm coming… duh!

That’s enough warning for all the no tax paying poors and illegal immigrants in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida… F ‘em!

Doesn’t Affect Me I Don’t Care

Sorry, but I love my Tesla. Also, Tesla employs over 120,000 Americans. I can't let the fact that I hate the man that owns 19% of the company make me want to destroy said American company.

if you own a cyber truck, you should be banned for life from this board.

Teslas are plastic toys held together with hot glue and bubble gum. You should hate it because it’s a piece of crap and makes you look **** driving it. Fascism aside they’re garbage. 😆

They are absolutely not "garbage". The tech alone is better than all other vehicles on the road. My M3P has supercar acceleration for $54k and gets 300 miles to a charge.

And, again, Tesla employs 120K people in the US.

Waymo actually had fully autonomous cars on the road and the tech isn't close. Tesla who has been saying it is right around the corner for years now for fully autonomous cars.

Exactly how much exposure do you have with these vehicles?

I'm curious.

I've never been an EV guy but I've been a car guy all my life and my personal exposure is well beyond passive.

I've had an opportunity to drive multiple versions of every available model, including their Plaid version (I hate that Fing steering wheel). Toss in a few Mach E's, a couple of Rivian's....

The worst is a Ferrari. Never drove it but they recommend leaving it hooked up to charger if not driven every day. Seriously?

Their fit and finish isn't any worse than any other vehicle being offered and most use glue to assemble them these days.

Enough that I know the Tesla are junk. I’ve driven a few of them and see them everywhere, it doesn’t take an engineer to know they aren’t built great. Plenty of videos on YouTube show just how cheaply they are made. To be clear I’m not anti EV, but Tesla is junk and because of their fascist minority owner and ceo I hope they rot off the face off the earth.

Youtube. Kinda what I thought.

Fair enough.

Dishonest post of the year.

Try taking a few deep breaths and counting to ten before posting based on your cycle.

We had a Model S a few years back. Was the wife’s car, but neither of us was a fan. They are cheaply made - it was basically a really fast, electric Camry. The Taycan is a great EV.

I've been in a roadster, model X, and a model 3. Fast cars that are fun to drive, but the minimalist design and chintzy materials make it obvious where they decided to cut corners. And it seems that trend has only accelerated...

Report: Tesla Turning Down Cybertruck Trade-ins - Kelley...

A new report says Tesla, sitting on a large inventory of unsold Cybertrucks, is not accepting its own pickup as a trade-in.

Most cars are cheaply made these days. That's why the brand reputation getting destroyed is so critical right now.

When you say "opportunity to drive” does that mean passed out drunk in the backseat of an uber?

If I was I'd still be a better driver than you could ever hope to be.

Just ask your mom. 😆

I love the "I drive great drunk" crowd. Easy way to identify a moron.

Honestly I don't understand how stupid you would have to be to even drive drunk in the first place.

Like it's not that hard to not drive drunk. "Hey, you know I feel like getting blitzed to the point of making an a** out of myself tonight. I might as well get a handle, stock up on nicotine, and make sure I have enough microwavable snack food in the house so I can get ish faced without being an embarrassment and when I get hungry later I won't burn the house down trying to make a frozen pizza."

Even going out, "hey man I'm kinda buzzed, mind giving me a lift since I'm on your way?" FFS, if you're out at a bar drinking alone, just Fn stay at home and be a loser there.

Or better yet, when you go out, be the DD. I love being the DD. You can make some good money. On the way to drop people off I stop at every gas station, get out, and make it look like I'm pumping a full tank. "Jeeze Bill, the gas mileage on this thing sucks."
