Def a conflict of interest, he should hand the CEO role off while he's in the administration. It's going to be tough to start making cuts in the defense sector without affecting his competitors in some way. Bad precedent.

I wouldn't say she's a rocket scientist but I wouldn't call her stupid either. On top of the basic intellect she has a high level of emotional intellect as well which does matter these days. Plus she knows how to use and manipulate the message using social media. However, on this topic (and others) she took a really big swing and a miss. This one will come back to haunt her.
