Yes, becasue democrats are the only ones who spend money on pet projects.

This might be the first time that I’ve heard the Constitution referred as "their rules.” The "law and order” party. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yeah, kinda like, gee I dunno, every Republican president except GHWB since and including Reagan?

Yeah, but have they considered how much soft power we acquired with illegal migrants with this 22 billion? I mean, when you think about it 22 billion is just a drop in the bucket of the overall budget. It's a rounding error.

Not a crisis yet, but if you don’t think we are heading for one, you and your ilk are more ignorant than you let on. You are all  equally moronic if you think that only democrats are talking about it.

Yea, no.  Republicans did not create and mismanage Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security.  Democrats did.

For last years budget

"House Republicans have so thoroughly stacked the earmarking deck in their favor in appropriations bills for the upcoming fiscal year that the top Democratic recipient doesn’t even appear in the top 60 among lawmakers in that chamber.”

Something tells me that you're weren't having this sort of emotional meltdown when Biden ignored the supreme court order to relieve student debt.  No problem with the executive branch overstepping its powers when the goal is shamelessly buying votes with taxpayer money.

Jail time for a lot of people. But also, think of all the soft power we were able to buy around the world those four years without Trump at the helm.

That was really bad.  However, Biden didn't simply ignore the court.  He went out and created a new EO with a different legal angle. One that could be challenged legally.

Another 115 million saved. Have those idiots at DOGE even considered how much soft power those 2 million dollar equity assessments of existing program policies could have bought us? Probably not. This is a constitutional crisis and I'm literally shaking rn.

One that would have been legally challenged and likely overturned had all the money not already been spent

As I said, I found Biden's move to be "really bad".  Is that how you feel about Trump ignoring the courts?

It's hilarious the degree to which libtards are forced fed the narratives they repeat.

There is a fundamental difference between a ruling from SCOTUS and some activist judge and his minions issuing an injunction for political purposes.  Not even remotely the same thing. So no, I have no issue with DOGE soldiering on while the appeal is in play.

That's simply not true.  They are both part of the judicial branch.  If Trump doesn't like the decision of one judge then he needs to appeal.  Ignoring the judicial branch is exactly when things get tricky regarding the balance of power.

btw - The majority of judges who've ruled to halt Trump measures have been ones appointed by Bush and Reagan.  A couple fall under the lefty banner but most do not.

Of course there is a difference.  A ruling from SCOTUS can not be appealed.  Creating injunctions has become a pollical tool used to interrupt and distract the Executive branch from getting anything done.  Now, if SCOTUS rules against Trump on this stuff then they can figure out how to re-instate the payments later.  Until then, slash and burn baby.

Did you even read my post?  The judicial branch is the entire branch, not just SCOTUS.  By your logic, we can ignore SCOTUS as well given that it has become a political tool.

Also, you haven't addressed what to do with injunctions by conservative judges.  You just going to ignore those too?

Something’s tells me you have no clue about me at all. I am against paying off student debt, and just about anyone else’s debt.

Every admin pushes the limits, but only one has suggested actually  ignoring the courts. Despite what Gym Jordan says, the Biden ad in did not ignore the SCOTUS, they simply wrote a new EO.

I'm not doing this with you.  These injunctions are meant only as a means of lawfare to delay and distract from the abhorrent mismanagement of taxpayer money by our government. As much as Democrats want to make this about the separation of powers, the real issue is that spending is out of control and totally misaligned with what the taxpayers want.

Maybe you're concerned with the nuance of whether an activist judge's injunction technically carries the same weight as a supreme court ruling, but I'm not.

Republicans have had majorities more often than not. It would be nice if cuts were reviewed and executed through congress as intended, and not by an unelected oligarch whose evidence of fraud has been "trust me bro".

You aren't doing this because your position is abhorrent.  What do you say about the injunctions levied by conservative judges?  Several are in that category.
