It's because his first term was smooth sailing (thanks Obama) that once the world hit hard times with COVID they convinced themselves "things were better under Trump so we have to vote for him". February 20Feb 20 It's not like there aren't several stupid line items in there but 90% of those are for small amounts and/or don't have any savings whatsoever. Like the Sri Lanka climate item which has zero savings.
