They don't wash out as much, but still at a high rate. Not saying it’s a bad thing to waive the age limit for them, but is not as stupid as it looks.

February 28, 2025Feb 28 So DOGE is basically increasing the amount of oversight required by adding a DOGE "team lead" to each agency and forcing agencies to report all grant payments through them, and this team lead is supposed to be able to block payments. All of this is illegal. DOGE is not a cabinet level agency, and funding is controlled by Congress not the White House. If the Supreme Court doesn't step in and right this then our Republic is done.

Yes, though I don't think SCOTUS will end up being the issue. They will accept to take key cases that will bubble up to them and they will vote against Trump's power grab on many of those. The real question is if MAGA/Trump comply with the rulings or not. If they don't then that will be the moment we actually hit the Constitutional crisis moment.
