Nice job going breathlessly parabolic.  For someone who identifies as a libertarian, you sure sound like a liberal.

If the Supreme Court rules against the administration they will abide and reverse course. There is no constitutional crisis here.

The Supreme Court is part of the Federal Court system.  Trump can appeal a lower court decision.  Instead, the WH is not complying to federal court decisions.

You appear to be ok with the non-compliance.

Welp, you voted for him so I guess you are enjoying Trump now

No I didn’t.
But I’m fine with him cutting the size of the federal government.  It’s run by incompetent people anyway so might as well shrink it.

yeah me too, but not in this manner

So you want competent people to do the cutting?  Good luck with that…

At some point they will finally realize he's taken them for a ride as they lose jobs, lose services, and the deficit grows.  He'll manage to blame others for a time.

You know, I actually think that some of these people will never realize that this guy is taking them and the entire country, exception the 1% ers, to the cleaners. They are the only ones that will benefit from this in the long run.
They have always made excuses and no matter what institution he attacks or gets rid of, it will always be their own fault.

It’s crazy that no one is talking about the all the firings that have been going on in the Defense Department. Lots of these generals and their subordinates fought for this country and are non-partisan military heroes. But Mr. "Bone spur” knows it all and only wants "yes-men”, especially ones that will carry out unlawful actions. He is the epitome of a mob boss. Probably paid attention one time in history class when they discussed William Boss Tweed of the Tammany Hall organization…then again, he doesn’t read books and probably didn’t during school either.

I don't know how many times I need to answer this question in the affirmative.  The majority of the legal challenges that are being levied are ridiculous political stunts that will not hold up on appeal.  Others, like birthright citizenship have constitutional merit and, as a result, the administration is waiting for a SCOTUS ruling before they mandate anything.

You are aware that Congress has power of the purse, right?

Democrats defending the defense department 😂.  We are at defcon 4 folks.

And spare us the Sanders / Warren top 1% nonsense.  The wealth divide has grown regardless of who's in power over the last 50 years.

...and yet I already showed you that many of the decisions have been made by judges who were conservatives, Bush/Reagan appointees, etc.  When we last discussed this, more than 2/3 of the decisions in this vane were by conservative judges.

In summary, you yet again assert that the law doesn't matter, i.e. "when you're saving the country it isn't against the law".  With this in mind, we don't have anything more to discuss on this topic.

I think you''ve misidentified the ridiculous political stunt in this circumstance

You continue to conflate birthright citizenship with DOGE proceedings. Start another thread.

I'm not talking about the birthright topic.  There are many others that are DOGE topics.  I sent you several before and the numbers have grown now.

🤣🤣 🤣

That’s the reason you and your cult crowd just don’t get it. I’m not a democrat or "libtart” or whatever terminology you would prefer to use.

I have no affiliation to either party. Call me a Rhino or independent if you need some type of name.

So the lower and middle class will benefit most from the tax cuts etc.?! Yeah, that seems about right.🤦🏻‍♂️

And hell yeah I will defend the Defense Department! What does that have to do with party affiliation, unless YOU and your mob boss hero wants to use it for unlawful actions?

Of course you're not a Democrat. Nobody in here is.   😂😂😂.

And here's a little tip: Even Rino's don't believe that tax cuts only benefit the rich.  Ya gave yourself away.

The left has been screaming about defense spending for years while they have created and mismanaged one bloated entitlement program after another.  When Republicans finally try to make some cuts to defense...they scream about the sanctity of the department and it's inhabitants.

Give me a break.

You forgot about the Democrats who served this country. https://veterans.house.gov/resources-for-veterans/veterans-in-congress.htm

Clearly you are insane. And a criminal since that is who you support.

Haha, yeah you absolutely uncloaked me! I know about the trickle down effect that the tax cuts are supposed to have. And I said that they will benefit the 1%ers the most, which they will.

And I didn’t say that the DD shouldn’t see some cuts. It’s about the people that are getting axed and their replacements being Trump sycophants.

We can disagree about spending, tax cuts or other policies, but if you cannot grasp the power grab that is going on in the most powerful institutions, then there isn’t much to discuss.

you are correct here. while rino's don't trust trump enough to believe anything he and his cult say & feel the tax cuts will benefit the rich a lot more than the middleclass, there will be a few crumbs tossed our way from the banquette table.

Why do you think the guy who stood by for hours while his supporters sacked the capitol building would give two craps about listening to SCOTUS?

Because he appointment the conservative majority

Democrats always make tax cuts about people and income brackets because they don't understand or appreciate how lower corporate taxes incentivize businesses to invest and create US based jobs. Sure, maybe on personal income taxes the 1% can afford to find ways to better navigate the system, but the entire country has more, better paying jobs to choose from.

If you don't want to be called a Democrat.  Stop acting like one.

He doesn't care since it is all about "saving the country".

You like more jobs? We just had the best jobs President in a generation. You replaced him with Trump

Actually you were.  Here's your list and the fate of the non birthright citizenship injunctions.  I'm failing to see the reason for outrage.

Carl Nichols Injunction – Union dispute which has been Overruled and now Dissolved by Nichols.  Nichols himself has said that the plaintiffs’ initial assertions of harm were "overstated.”

John D. Bates Injunction – Restoration of HHS websites.  Upheld by Federal judge and websites were restored

Joseph N. Leplant Injunction – Birthright citizenship

John C. Coughenour Injunction – Birthright citizenship
