Yeah, Gannan. They love exceeding their authority anytime they want if they don't like their voters being tossed or don't like the laws on a personal level. Way outside his lane. Too bad even the president of El Salvador was laughing about his BS efforts.

Lol that isn't close to the same thing. They are way outside their lanes and are doing it to obstruct.

There is one thing that federal judges do that needs to be reviewed by SCOTUS and that is when they enjoin their entire state or the entire nation in a ruling.  That's been going on for a long time and needs to be reviewed and constrained.

However, the WH needs to abide by the rulings of federal judges.  If that doesn't happen then there is no rule of law and we have a king.  Apparently that is what you want so go ahead and own it.

Looking at the Dog one, it seems that there was clarity added to this.  Not sure why it would be restricted.  Maybe not to use government credit card, but rather a persons own credit card and get reimbursed.

Not when they haven't heard of Article II and rule on things based on their feelings or to prevent them from losing future illegal voters.

You are clearly not an American.  You must be a POS China or Russian bot.  No American could be this clearly moronic about how our government works.

You are clearly one of the deranged lunatics losing their minds on a second by second basis. It makes me happy. Without crazy people like you Trump wouldn't have won again.

An Oklahoma City retiree said his Social Security benefits were suspended without warning — and with no explanation given when he reached out. He worries it may have to do with the place he was born, and ongoing Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) cutbacks.

The man, James McCaffrey, who was born to an active-duty U.S. soldier at an overseas Army base, said because of recent comments from DOGE leader Elon Musk, he’s worried his benefits were cut because of his foreign birthplace.

Earlier this month, Musk, the billionaire head of DOGE, pushed for major cuts to Social Security, calling it a "Ponzi scheme,” claiming the system is rife with people fraudulently receiving benefits

Murphy: "As we saw just hours after that bill passed the Senate, the president is continuing to act unconstitutionally. He shut down some of our most important programs that protect us abroad, like Radio Free Europe, that were funded & authorized in that spending bill. So by passing the spending bill it doesn't seem like we have restrained any of the president's lawlessness."

Raskin: They sacked dozens of prosecutors simply because they had prosecuted January 6th insurrectionists. The day after January 6th, when he was scrambling to keep his political career alive, he said these people had nothing to do with him. They should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and so on. Well, now it serves his purpose to deny all of that.

Jeffries: "The average Social Security recipient in the United States receives about $65 a day in benefits. Elon Musk in his contracts with the federal government gets about $8 million a day. If they were really interested in waste, fraud, and abuse, they would start there. But they're not, so they're going after grandma."

That has nothing to do with it.  You either understand they are going outside their lanes to remove the results of the last election and seize power or you don't.

As I suggested before, if they move outside their lanes then use the existing legal methods to rectify the situation.  This isn't a complex topic.  Either you want to uphold the constitution and the nation's laws and statutes or you don't.

The SC will have to get involved but I have no problem with them ignoring district court judges over international water until then.

Not at all.  There are processes for everything. The current judgments are addressing the lack of following said processes.

You keep going back to that but the entire federal court system is one system mate. You can't just pick a part to ignore.

I imagine you use that logic with the police as well, right.  No officer, I am not going to obey you because I don't like you and how you operate.

We disagree on this, obviously.

Yeah we do.  Although it is imperfect, I believe in the constitution and you do not.  It really is that simple.

No, I do, but you are ignoring the lawlessness of these judges. The let them do whatever they want and wait for SCOTUS doesn't fly with me either. They were over international waters so I love the middle finger to them in this case. Ignore every ruling? No, because then Dems will gladly pull that crap because they have no respect for the constitution or the separation of powers as we see from these rulings. Levin is spot on in the video above.

Once again, there are processes defined by law, the Constitution, regulations, and such that are required to be followed.  If the processes weren't followed and resulted in firings of probationary employees without meeting the cause standard, or removing illegals even if the jet is above international waters (hint: vessels in international waters/airspace are subject to the jurisdiction of the country the vessel is registered in. Yes, that means if the aircraft is registered in the US, US law and thereby the rulings of federal judges apply.).

The Executive branch executes and bears true faith and allegiance to the constitution and laws of the United States. Key word here is execute, not create.  The office is therfore limited to the findings of constitutionality of the judiciary branch to which those "activist" judges belong and the laws passed by Congress.  To deny the fact that the Judiciary branch defines the guard rails of the drafting and exection of the country's laws in view of the Constitution is patently against the ideas of the founders when they designed and enshrined our republic.

Once again, you are good with one branch acting lawless but expect another to just go along with it. Everything you just said shows you do not understand what is going on. There is lots of BS and fluff, but at the end of the day, you do not understand or, more likely, don't care because of TDS or a liberal agenda. Cute words like "patently against the founders' ideas" and "guard rails" while ignoring the judge driving over Article II.
