You have made a difference with regard to SCOTUS but it has been pointed out to you time and again that the federal courts are the federal courts be they district, circuit, or SCOTUS.

So, SCOTUS doesn't rule/over rule the lower court decision means the President can ignore it? Think about what you are inferring. SCOTUS will only take the case if there is an error in the ruling or if the matter meets certain thresholds. If the chose not to hear the case they will acknowledge the ruling of the lower court thus indicating the ruling is lawful. That is how the process works and you have displayed that you are not good with processes.
