That 'taunting' penalty is so absurdly bad. But twice and both times no offsetting penalty despite the other guy actually physically fouling is so terrible I ask myself if they we're bought and payed for.

And f-- off to all the people saying he is an idiot or moron. You just don't like CJ.

Usually when trash talking gets a guy to snap and hit you, you are celebrated.

He is an idiot. You get the first one, that's fine, but you shut your mouth after that and don't risk getting ejected for something so ridiculous. He is no use to the team in the locker room when they need him on the field.

  • Even the hurts haters have to admit that without him we’re a much worse team.

  • Sure. They'll play Daniels doing the bird 5 times and then Carter will kill the dude. Don't get the negativity. We were destroying them until Hurts was out and then had another garbage clown show

  • Trash talk. You don't get thrown out for that. Horrible refs. Those thugs knocked our QB with a dirty hit and our guys are getting tossed for naughty words? Seriously.

I don’t know if Jalen will be fine for Dallas. If he has a concussion then he needs to go through concussion protocol and if he does that could be late in the week. Do you really want to risk putting Jalen out there after a week of little to no practice especially against the idiot Cowboys who are looking to play spoiler against teams? Meanwhile one week later we have the Giants who are begging to lose. On top of that it seems Pickett is also banged up. Maybe this Cowboys game should be a McKee game with the backups.

For a team looking to " lose" they sure do play a lot of close games. No divisional game is a gimme . Those guys on the field are still playing with incentive based contracts and pride . The giants are still playing starters on defense looking to make a name for themselves or a contract next year.

Those players on the field dont give a sheet about draft picks especially since that draft pick could take their spot.

Lets not forget the Giants are starting drew lock at QB the same drew lock that whooped the eagles ass last year on a last minute drive.

Still I’d rather not try and play Jalen if he hasn’t practiced all week. One bad hit and there goes the season. Let’s not forget for the Commanders this game was like a Super Bowl and they have to go face a Falcons team fighting for their playoff lives too. I believe there’s some potential for a letdown for the Commies against the Falcons. The Commanders definitely have a tougher final two than the Eagles. If they lose to the Falcons then the Giants game won’t even matter.

Aren't most practices for this team just walk throughs? Nick rests various players throughout the week every week even Hurts... That being said i think the defense can handle one of those games on their own. The defense was handling Washington up until it unraveled in the 4th even then they were still forcing turn overs. Even the best defenses have let down games especially in todays League i dont think we will see a game like that again from them.

I know were weren't talking about defense but just wanted to talk about that for a second lol

Jalen can’t participate in any activities until he passes protocol. How soon can he take the test?

I think they start the evaluations right away if im not mistaken. I guess it will be dependent on how bad of a concussion it was. Pretty all of our players that had concussions this season were back next game.

He seemed to think he could go back in so maybe it wasn’t too bad. I just would rather he didn’t play unless he was at 100% and got a full week of practice. He’s not like a lineman and he already uses his body too much to take hits.

I think at this stage of the season i dont think a full week of practice will make that big of difference if he has to be limited. If he is not cleared this week then the protocol will still be in place for the following week and still will probably be limited. Nick likes to rest his players even jalen throughout the season especially guys dealing with something. so he still may not practice much these next 2 weeks

I feel like after getting a concussion and putting him back out there without a good week of practice could be a mistake. He’s a quarterback with the ability to use his legs who sometimes doesn’t do a good enough job protecting himself. On top of this they keep running the Bro Shove with him. Don’t know if I like the idea of a recently concussed player going out there and ramming his head into the defense for first downs.

They scored 33 on offense, giving up 36 is why they lost

They barely could get a first down. Not to mention three drives that resulted in FG's instead of TD's. That's on the QB. No wonder why they were loading the box against him and daring Pickett to beat them with his arm. Pickett failed that test too.

Looks like both of our thoughts are being said here. Its a tough call

Tricome] Tanner McKee isn't the Eagles' No. 2 QB, but he's competing after it regardless : r/eagles

Get Ready. Tanner is going lead us to victory on Sunday.

Why does Wash always seem to give us trouble??

I know looking ahead is not always a good idea but if they don’t win it this year next year I would not count on it. Brutal road schedule. At KC, MIN,GB,LAC , also play Detroit

There used to be two bye weeks during the season.  If the NFL goes to 18 weeks, I expect the league to bring that back.

They players union should insist on it. Adding to the number of active players per game wouldn't hurt either.

WTF was up with the short Kickoffs?? Was it a strategy or just something was off with the Kicker? I wonder.

The ball was rock hard from the cold. It wasn't ideal kicking temperatures.

Should just deflate it a bit then... wouldn't that help?

If it worked for a six time Super Bowl championship team, it should work for the Eagles.

Agreed, anyone thinking we now roll to an easy win will be disappointed.

That said after this loss I am still fairly sure we got this.

The Giants are already our favorite whipping boy - and this time they fight for the first pick. I'd be shocked if we lose this - unless only the backups play, then all bets are off.

Im sure we can handle them too but, i rather not need this game to mean anything.
