Haven't been able to find any clips of Vic doing interviews after the game. I remember after the Broncos won, Wade was finally getting his due. Now it's Vic's turn, he deserves it

Sounds like he was processing everything on his own.

Good Morning Football, Peter talks about running into Vic Fangio roaming the stadium after most people left. Peter congratulated him. Fangio said "It doesn't validate anything, I've always been coaching, it's an amazing moment..." Peter reminded him what an accomplishment it was, dominating the Chiefs/Mahomes, etc. Fangio said "I've been coaching in the NFL since 1986. This is my first Super Bowl victory."

He was just reflecting on his career. Pretty cool.

Pickett > them. Just saying. 😂

Our first one was special and magical in its own right.

This run was a true display of dominance, team balance, and validation over the last two years

Imagine Chiefs players hearing that at a "neutral" site.

I noticed during the broadcast that the fight song was pretty loud from the crowd.

Too bad they couldn't put McKee in for a few plays, too.

This one makes me feel like there is more to come. This team has been to the bowl twice in three years. That’s not easy to do.

I think there’s real hope for the future! We have a good young core of a defense and a QB who’s only just turned 26. There’s potential this team could make more SB’s. Though I don’t think next year is going to be a great one (hope I’m wrong).

Key will just be how much of the core they can keep together over next 3-5 years.

O skill guys are largely fine (TE aside). Could need up to 2 quality lineman (right side).

More questions on D with contracts but we do have a bunch of young guys who can form the nucleus of any D. If they get Baun done that’ll give us a guy to build around at all 3 levels (Carter, Baun, Q/Coop)

Howie will get a deal done with Baun, if Howie wants to keep a player he does. Think they will keep Owen Burks around I thnk, I don't expect he will be an expensive keep and Dean may or may not return to form if playing at all next season. Probably lose Milton and Sweat. Baun is the priority. Not sure Slay will be around either. They have some depth at CB and Slay while a pretty good year was getting dinged up and sooner or later he may turn into a Bradberry. Bechton will probably go but if the price is right not a bad idea to keep him. Hopefully another good draft were they get some rooks that can contribute in year one. Picket will be  gone and Mckee will be an upgrade anyway and should have been #2. Skill position player wise they are pretty solid for next year. Maybe draft a TE in round 3 as Goedert is pretty injury prone. Some holes to fill but Howie has been pretty solid in drafting the past few years and has turned into maybe the best GM in the league. Don't expect any splash free agent signings going into next season but not sure they need them.

So glad they are finally letting some first year players get on the field. Lots of contibutions from those guys this season.

I still think they have a strong nucleus. I see no reason why they can’t compete next season.

They could potentially be even better next year as crazy as it sounds.

Doesn’t sound that crazy when you consider all of these young guys haven’t even hit their prime yet. Provided Howie can keep these guys under contract the Eagles should be in real good shape.

Oh I think we can compete for sure! But right now we have a tough looking schedule and are going to lose some key players during FA.

Agree completely, Howie can work his draft magic. It's pretty likely they will be awarded some decent comp picks if both miltion and sweat sign with other teams so if someone Howie wants in this years draft he can trade a pick or two next year to move up some knowing he has that in his back pocket. Been a fan for decades and this is no doubt the golden age for the birds.

They didn't want to make it worse for the Chiefs than it already was:flex:.

Remember the koy, where you at?

I wish they had left all the starters in and kept the game plan the same so it was a shutout. Cheifs as it turned out were nothing special, same as Washington. Bills and Ravens should be happy they didn't make it to the SB. Outcome would have been the same. Posted before if the birds bring their "A" game they will not be beat.

Amen to that. Q and DeJean had a WHOLE lot to do with the Defense being #1 and closing the 3rd and long hole that bit the D often previous years.

Hunt contributed, Ojomo looks like he can take up part time snaps for Milton who wasn't a full time player. They have good depth.

The fact that Nicholas Morrow will get a Superbowl ring just blows my mind.

Their first td was an uncalled hold on BG and their final was vs backups off a silly 4th down attempt by us.

I wanted that shutout now the final makes the game look closer but doesn't really matter. WORLD CHAMPS!

Stout's message to Eagles fans.

The Eagles actually always did pretty well against Spagnulo defenses. Not sure why no one ever brought it up before the game.

I saw that hold on BG, at that point in the game they put the wistles away. Game was so far out of reach at that point.
