So take it out on the kid cause "republicans bad”. Makes sense.

Not just republicans d-bag, any politician that parades little kids around like political footballs. The fact that you keep beating this drum, while ignoring the fact that this MAGA lead admin has hurt cancer research by pulling its funding, shows your hypocrisy and lack of integrity.

Damn, @20dawk4life hates kids with brain cancer. That's F'd up.

But he clapped for one of them. He’s good.

This is another example of the government intentionally breaking your legs, then thanking them for giving you crutches. It’s a cult.

roll Imagine saying F kids with cancer roll

Republican donors needed that tax cut, those kids need to suck it up and be patriotic.

You haven’t even offered any proof of anyone "being ignorant”. Some idiots on twitter said so and you’ve been rheeing about it non stop. And yes cutting cancer funding for kids is bad.

What did they "take out on the kid” exactly? Whatever it was can you let us know, since you seem to be the arbiter here, how long before any democrat anywhere can clap for someone else?

I clapped for someone yesterday

Not standing for a kid with cancer but applauding King Charles is the topic. Try and stay on point.

Yup I never said republicans good. You guys try to twist that point by ignoring the democrats not standing for the kid with cancer.

Oh I’m sure the tax cut went to scumbags. Most likely the republicans. I’m not choosing sides here. I hate republicans as much as democrats.

The topic started by someone defending not standing for a kid with cancer but standing for King Charles.

Maybe just maybe applaud the kid despite a republican bringing him out.

The kids that get paraded through by the government usually aren’t aware of the hidden agenda behind it.

Cheering for kids fighting cancer seems pretty simple.

You actually had a point? What was it?

Most democrats boycotted the speech, and there’s no evidence that those who did attend didn’t applaud.

Contexts for each are completely different and incomparable.

Not applauding a political stunt is not the same as saying Democrats don't care about kids with cancer.

Don't be a rube.

It’s wasn’t about the kid, it was Trump wanting a pat on the back. If it was about the kid, he wouldn’t have cut cancer research.

FTR, I hate when either party parade the victims de jour at the SOTU address.

Don’t be Ds to kids with cancer to prove a political point.

For the kid it was about the kid and his fight with cancer. He’s not aware of the political Bullsheet.

Did I say democrats don’t care about kids with cancer or did I say they weren’t courteous to the kid with cancer?

You guys are great. Anything to toe the party line.

It's about perspective.

You see context there as narrowly focused on this kid with cancer.

I see a president using a kid as a prop and cover for him about to talk about RFK as secretary of HHS supplanting recommendations from actual doctors with quackery and cutting back funding for things like .. cancer research.

Can the democrats who boycotted the speech still stand and applaud for other potential guests visiting the capitol? Asking for a friend.

Is King Kong ok? 🦧

I couldn’t care less about the democrats when they lower theirselves to scum but I’m sure that kid has been through hell and back and has a much thicker skin than all the people who are still whining about it now. Stop pretending you gAF about that kid. You are completely glossing over the fact that Trump cut the research that would help thousands of kids like him.

Sure Republicans cut cancer research and appointed a raccoon dìck harvesting psycho to lead public health policy for the entire nation that will surely result in more kids dying but did you see those big meanies who didn't give a standing ovation at the SOTU?

"Democrats Bad" is just a programmed response from these bots. There's no thought or context needed. It's an involuntary reflex at this point.

It's not a great look, especially in a vacuum.

The problem I have is that it doesn't even rate in the top ten shìtty things Republicans do on a random Tuesday.

It's a disingenuous attempt at what amounts to grossly false equivalence.

So no, I'm not going to give it daylight.

Everyone trying so hard for a what about republicans. It’s sad really.

Stand up and cheer for a kid fighting cancer. Put politics aside for a moment then let Trump have it afterwards.

At some point you need to not look for a win over the other side. Kids with cancer seems like a good spot to start.

The problem is what republicans have done to cut cancer research is awful and I can openly state that.

The partisan hacks in here can’t state that not applauding a kid fighting cancer is wrong.
