You must have missed the part about his dad working for the sheriff being fake news since you still referenced it. They released a statement saying he doesn't work for them. Look, it happens. People are posting information in real time which shouldn't stop even if they don't pan out. We aren't reporting news on a station we are discussing it. More like apples and pears. Back in our younger days, hormone therapy was never offered to minors, and was a very rare treatment even for adults. Remember what an oddity Harlow was back in the day? IMO, it was a big mistake to normalize this.

In large part, there is something very dark and deviant consuming a person going down this path. It's not natural, and by and large, people weren't "born" with the need to undergo sex changes. Doesn't surprise me that some people pushing the boundaries with sex like this are willing to push the boundaries with violence - especially if their brain chemistry has been compromised with outside drugs and therapies like hormones and anti-depressants, and who knows what else.

To be fair we don’t know how many people had issues in the past as the vast majority would have misunderstood their situation at best. In any case, dehumanizing them is certainly not the way to go. I suppose Loomer’s next request will be to force all trans people to wear a big red T on the front of their shirts.
