Coaches can't overcome teams lacking talent. So to say he wins because of talent is meaningless. Barry Switzer won a SB. Pete Carrol with talent wins a SB and College National Championships. Pete Carroll in Las Vegas with no talent doesn't win. The list goes on.

He's the guy that backed out of play calling in his rookie year, to his credit, and handed it over to Steichen. He hasn't done it since... and the year he was more involved again, 2023, wasn't a good showing. This is a desperation type move... like slapping Flex Tape on the Titanic. Even Phil Swift thinks its crazy!
