Hurts running is much slower this year. Could be part of why less QB designed runs.

Under centre is such a good option. Are yards per play seem miles better

I think part of the problem is that a lot of NFL playbooks don't have an overwhelming amount of run variety. People may remember that in the offseason they were talking about...

...Using Ben VanSumeren a lot more, right? Or put differently, a good amount of the run game was built for having a fullback...

...And now, we no longer have a good blocking receiver, a good blocking TE, OR a good blocking FB. So what is he supposed to do? Magically go back in time to insert elite enough pass schemes so he doesn't have to run the ball at all, and then magically make it so Hurts can use all of them?

Honestly I kind of think the consistent use issue is on Howie. Because like....WHO ARE THEY EVEN SUPPOSED TO USE?!? Ouch...

Howie needs to go get Blasingame back or something.

Latu is a better blocker than Calcaterra. Solution of keep using Calcaterra when it’s consistently shown not to work is not a good solution .

Hurts running is good.

KP doing fine against essentially NFL backups

This game is flying by.

Rest up Barkley, take all the time you need and then some...

Feed Saquon

Sit Suck-quon (the results, not the person or player)

I'm OK with him starting every game and giving him 5 to 7 carries to find out each week.

Had everyone fooled there

Hurts is so slow around the edge. He’s much quicker north south, I don’t get it

We have 10 pts

Team sucks. Should be up 30 at halftime against this opponent

Who is going to drop the next TD pass?

Hurts running more, Devonte in motion across the formation frequently, less condensed formations...finally. It may just be the Raiders but there is some offensive creativity going on as a continuation from Monday night...just limit the TO's and costly penalties and the Eagles may be able to level things out.

You know Howie is itching to try to lock these guys in on hopefully cheaper deals than originally anticipated this upcoming offseason.

True, but the calls seem a lot better. Not a high bar, it's against scrubs, but I'll take it.

Gotta be AJ.

Ok.....I was feeling positive but this is also true

4 drives and getting 17 points would be pretty good.

Yay!

I always forget this guy exists. My fault, I'll own that.

Now let’s get the ball back

I am stunned by the push on that great TD power run up the middle.

It is so much the opposite of what this offense has been for 2025.

Good! No dancing, just straight North-South running...sometimes that is all it takes...

They are playing a team that has quit on the season. This is the equivalent of having a good practice.

Thank Bigsby has half (15) the amount of yards as Barkley (30) in 11 less attempts.
