It's more Sirianni than Patullo. The overall approach is decided on by the head coach. And he has no trust in his players. He hasn't all season. It's the same garbage. Waiving the white flag at the end of the first half all season. Taking the foot off the gas in the 2nd half all season. He coaches like he's trying to hide his players. It's a loser mentality for a guy who acts as macho as he does all the time. It's what I dislike most about him. He puffs his chest out all the time about attitude or whatnot, but all season he has coached like a coward. And never tried to dictate anything.

Vic needs to have a conversation with Nick about resting the defense next week. They won’t if Chicago loses tonight, but that was inexcusable from the offense today leaving them out to dry.
