So... is the offense "fixed" yet?

The Giants, Football Team and Raidas made the playoffs, right?

If the bears win tonight we have nothing to play for next week, correct?

Yes. The bears clinch the 2 seed at worse if they win.

Jalen Hurts now 2-0 vs Josh Allen.

Allen is more responsible for the Bills losing than Hurts is for the Eagles winning.

This is a championship defense

This is a JV offense.

I didn't say that, you are pissy and pulling out all the logical fallacies today for some reason. I've said repeatedly that the offense has sucked in the 2nd half.

What logical fallacies? That the offense was bad? That other than the short field they failed to get into the end zone? That they were especially bad in the second half? Where's the lie in that?

You however wanted to say "Well if all of these bad plays like the no call on AJ or the drops weren't bad we would've scored more!" When the offense did virtually nothing to suggest otherwise.

You're off your rocker

Too many folks are acting like the extra point was a given. The Bills were right to go for 2.

Nah

thats incorrect. The O literally can not be made worse by rust.

I hope the Bears win tonight then.

Next week you can play to win but you do it with Tank and McKee and mostly backups.

Let AJ get 4 drives if its going to make him feel good about his stats (he cares a lot)

Buffalo D didnt stop the Eagles, the Eagles stopped the Eagles

@NOTW seems pretty happy with this vaunted offensive showcase today

Yeah, totally! And you asked if I drank too much eggnog. Dude, go outside and touch some grass. Or learn to read. You're making ish up all the time.

Oh good, another game where they get the ball first but go 3 and out.

Offense needs to adjust, Hurts is having to run for his life, getting swarmed.

Don't expect much more. Siri is going to play conservative to not turn the ball over and trust his defense. But, they should not play scared, let the defense get some rest.

39 minutes ago, NOTW said:

Offense cannot keep doing this to the defense. No matter how good, a defense needs to rest. And there's a morale element to watching your offense go 3 and out and you have to go back out there again.

24 minutes ago, NOTW said:

1st half offense looked good, much improved and scored. There were key ref non-calls that hurt them.

2nd half: offense gone conservative with a lead. That's not only on Hurts. That's coaching. Siri and Patullo have done that all year.

18 minutes ago, NOTW said:

You cannot be an intelligent, informed fan watching this entire season and not blame Sirianni and Patullo - at least in part - for playing conservative with a lead. They've done it all year. Siri said multiple times this season how much the turnover ratio matters to him. Hurts and other players have called for them to not play too conservative. Hurts has his issues, the O line isn't blocking like they used to, the run game isn't what it was last year, special teams have had issues...there's a list of problems on offense. If you ONLY blame Hurts, you're a moron.

7 minutes ago, NOTW said:

Dude. Yeah, the offense sucked in the 2nd half. I never argued that. You're still moving the goal posts. That's not what this exchange has been about. You just want to argue and be negative. You said if you take away the best plays...well that's silly and can go both ways.

Fact aj brown had 68 yards and 5 receptions in the first half. They began moving the ball when he got his targets in the first half. He had 1 target in the second half.

The offense doesn’t deserve to be rested next week regardless if the Bears win.

Not the first game. Hurts put his cape on in 4th qtr and OT

Trash offense

Setup for failure. Patullo is a step behind the opposing defense. It's obvious. Sure Hurts left pocket a few times early and guys dropped a few balls in rain but the constant problem is the play calling. I'm partially glad this happened because in the offseason I don't want the Raiders/Commanders game to fool anyone that the OC doesn't need to be replaced

The offense is completely inept outside of 3-4 drives a game. It’s been like this most of the season outside of a couple of games like commanders and raiders. It shouldn’t be this hard for the offense to just be competent. Like there’s no building upon what they do. Outside of the 3 scoring drives, they had 2 first downs on 7 possessions (41 yards of offense)

What the average starting field position for the Eagles in the second half? It forced their hands with the bad weather…the response was too textbook conservative…where was the simple fake handoff naked bootleg to Goeddert coming across the formation? That is an example of a simple play…needing small five yard gain to back Buffalo off a bit means pulling out some easy red zone offensive plays…there needs to be some out of the box thinking at times

Yep and they all went for losses or no gain - it’s absurd

Let's go 49ers

As a season ticket holder, I don't want to watch all back ups next week. Let me get my money's worth.

Now I wouldn't mind giving Hurts some rest, but play the rest of the starters please. 😀

The play calling wasnt so bad if Barkley would just take what was there and fight for 2 or 3 yards on his runs.

Hurts shouldn’t remotely get credit for a win today.

Threw a TD. Had another TD to AJ both not caught by AJ and no PI called either. Had a first down throw to DeVonta overturned despite no video evidence to aupport that and then a late pass to DeVonta that went threw his hands that would have been for a first as well.

Also, importantly, did not turn thr ball over at all. Unlike Josh Allen.

No, I've explained it like 3 times now. You said: "If not for a stupid fumble and short field, this offense has scored 6 points." Well the offense didn't just score 6 points, they scored 13. That logic can go both ways if you want to play the "what if" game.

Then you used several straw man arguments suggesting I praised the offense, called it "vaunted" and moved the goal posts to suggest I said the offense doesn't have issues and is playing great.
