Back surgery isn’t some small deal. He didn’t really get to do normal training last offseason. He was rehabbing his back. I kind of think that is an issue with him this year. I kind of think next year as long as he doesn’t require another major surgery that he bounces back.

I think they rushed the back surgery recovery. Wouldn't surprise me if he'll need more again

Lol

Well resting everyone next week is up 7-0 quick

The O side of the ball in the 2nd half played like they assumed the D had them covered. They got away with it, but its a risky strategy this late in the season to turtle up and hope for the best

I thought they rushed him back. I don’t think he should’ve been playing the first month considering when he got the surgery. I thought he was gonna start the season on PUP I don’t know if his back got worse, but that’s a problem if it did. Cause he’s then already breaking down. I just kind of think not having an entire off-season to train due to rehabbing and then throwing him back out there just six months after back surgery was not smart.

Not the first time they did that too. Too low of a score to do that IMO

The Bears' turnover machine continues.

Either way...both the Bears and the Niners are set up to play two very physical games to carry into the playoffs...the war of attrition is alive and well in December and early January

Why are we pretending Hurts and Allen played against the same defense? It’s kind of insulting to the Eagles D and players.

Has there ever been a situation with a HC being carried so clearly by those around him? This offense continues to fall prey to the same mistakes from earlier in the year. The turtling up in the second half has cost them games... and would have cost them more if he didn't have an all-time great DC saving their bacon on the regular.

He had it in February and didn't see the field until July. I don't think they rushed it. It may just take a while to recovery. And it may have nothing to do with the back and could be just a regression year, or the knee he hurt earlier in the season.

Everyone complains when they don’t play preseason and look rusty but let’s bench half the team so we are prepared for the Wild Card round.

Makes sense

They look like ish anyway, what would the difference be? Honestly the only way it gets worse is if they get shutout. Currently they struggle to score 2 TDs against teams that aren't awful

One of the biggest IQ plays I've seen in a long time

Which is why you know they will come back to earth next season. Those things tend to even out the next year

Baalke deserve to be fired but the jags are getting very very little out of their 2025 draft class.

It is funny seeing people finally see the light about the offense though

For the longest time some of us have been saying the offense is crap even though we won

Td for #2 seed

We got some dogs on this defense, is what he means

Play everyone just tied it with rest starters. 7-7

So is everyone complaining about today’s victory?

Also having a tougher schedule will catch them. Have to go at Buffalo, vs. eagles, vs. New England, at rams/niners/seahawks, vs jags/texans. That doesn’t include the division or playing nfc south which who knows what that division is going to be like.
