Not sure why swift didn’t try to get out of bounds after he got the lateral. Better chance he does where the niners defenders were. Getting the first down didn’t matter as much as keeping time did. Add on he wasn’t truck sticking 3 niners defenders to score. If he gets out of bounds probably have a shot at 2 plays instead of one

Williams was looking right first. My guess...Swift's job was to take that defender out of the middle of the field.

Wow...ESPN must have a lot of influence grabbing both the Niners-Seahawks and Carolina-TB on Saturday...stupid...the Eagles and Bears will play at the same time...that's unfortunate. Will they play the starters? It is going to be an interesting week...no doubt.

Idk the lions having to go to Chicago to win and it’s going to be 30 degrees. Chance the storm hits before Monday and could snow/rain. People can say Dan Campbell will have them ready to play even though it’s a meaningless game for the, but they had everything on the line against Minnesota and Minnesota didn’t even do much on offense most of that game.

To continue the Andy Reid comparison, the ending of this game looked almost exactly the same as the ending of our first playoff game in the Reid era against NYG when McNabb scrambled around to his last and tried to throw from his back pedal but it landed short.

They usually do this to avoid if bears win the eagles just rest players. Or if the eagles started early and lost that the bears would just rest guys

The Lions and their center problem is a huge deal...Gibbs have been absolutely mediocre since the center position became a problem
