EMB Blog: 2025 Regular Season (Part 2) ... and Playoffs

I think this is the most likely path for the Eagles…assuming they win all their games (because the path is irrelevant if they don’t):

1. SEA 2. CHI 3. PHL 4. CAR 5. LAR 6. SF 7. GB

Wild card: CHI def GB, PHL def SF, LAR def CAR

Divisional: LAR def SEA, PHL def CHI (away)

NFCCG: LAR @ PHL

They’d be slight dogs away at Chicago and favored in the other 2.

Sucks to go to Chicago the way they ran the ball on us. But, we really, really should be the better team.

Yep. Even thought it’d be a home game for Chicago, no team in the NFL has even close to the experience the Eagles have playing in cold/bad weather in big games. Although I’m not sure it has been a spectacularly positive experience…lots of W’s, but usually just gutting it out in nail-biting fashion. We’d have to win a 13-10 kind of game January in Chicago.

Seattle is the 1 seed

LA is the 5 seed

SF is the 6 seed

Green Bay is the 7 seed

Philly will face SF or Green Bay

Not entirely correct. If the Rams lose to the Cardinals they drop to 6. I'd rather they not drop to 6.

Always. No certainty over whether it'll be the AFC 4/5 or the NFC 4/5.

The US has a better chance of winning the World Cup this summer than the Cardinals stay within 10 points on Sunday.

Usually. It’s the least consequential in terms of scheduling for the next week most of the time.

I don't care who we play. Still not scared of anyone. I just want a Sunday Playoff game instead of Saturday.

Idk if they’d be dogs at Chicago. Packers currently would be a 1.5 point favorite over the bears.

I still can't believe the NFL has a game where neither team is going to the playoffs that decides the NFC South, lol.

So thumb and dealing with a stinger

Don't remember who said it but I agree that I'm scared of everyone. On paper we can beat anyone but the offense hasn't shown that it can do its part

I may be thick, but I don’t get it. Can somebody explain it? Part of my problem is I can’t decipher what the first letter is.

Eagles, Seahawks, Texans, Broncos final 4

Over under on all 3 games combined, 56 1/2.

Shough is the Saints QB tomorrow. He is their guy for the next 24 hours.

Its a really weird first S

The Bucs need the saints to win. The saints QBs name is shough

I think you need to factor in the likelihood — whatever it may be — that the Rams can go to Seattle and win a playoff game. That could set up a home championship game for us. I’d rather not have to play the Rams until that round.

That is my take as well.

Ahhhhhhhhhh I thought the Saints QB was named McKee.

Packers > 49ers > Rams in order of who I would want to play.

Teah...I saw him shaking hands on the field right after the game...it looks like he shook it off pretty quickly
