Again, those people would be focusing on the wrong thing. It's not as much about his performance which will be great. It's about how the offense will change because he gives the coaches more freedom to do football things on offense.

Don't pay attention to his beautiful box score stats. Watch for schematic differences.

Also watch for difference in his individual abilities compared to Hurts.

It will be very apparent who the QB should be. And as it relates to those things, the opponent is irrelevant, which means it can not be used as a Hurtscuse.
