Yup, panics and gets handsy...

Well I can see why Bennett hasn’t been playing…

Rams/cards tied at 6

Yeah, I'm just being silly because this is the best way to compare offenses, even if McKee's at a considerable disadvantage, since it was a weird year where we just played the Commanders.

We'll have to wait for the All 22 Twitter "experts" to break down the play calling and routes, but I suspect with nothing to play for and it's just backups, they're not going to play conservative, they're going to let McKee throw and open up the playbook. Some will say it looked better solely because of McKee vs Hurts, others will say it's just the Commies, some will say Nick "took the straight jacket off" and let KP open the playbook and call more loosely to try things out.

McKee did several things that people flame Hurts for: taking sacks, missing open receivers, leaving the pocket too soon, throwing too high making his receiver leap for a reception. People who hate Hurts will ignore those things, and only praise McKee's good plays. I like McKee and it's great for him to get this time, even with Smitty for a bit. I hope he gets better and better as the game goes on. Should they need him in the playoffs, I feel confident having him. I'm sure they'll trade him but I like him here.

Ojomo seems hurt

In the playoffs let's let our 2nd string offense play with our first string defense

Just the QB

Ankle

Cardinals and Rams tied.

I will be so pissed if this defense blows the game.

Fran Duffy never liked Bennett. Can see why

Yeah he was slow getting up there

It’s inevitable that Coop eventually gets moved to safety. Could be play next season if Carter is still on the roster

I wouldn't be completely shocked. Think he stays at nickel if I had to guess but always thought he would be a pro-bowl safety too.

Wait, you can hand the ball off to the RB on the 1 yard line? o

Wonder if we see any starters come in late to lock up the win if Lions put away Bears early

So you admit McKee won’t blow it.

Don’t count on it

To be fair to McKee, he's had orders of magnitude less practice, as well as the personnel differences, but mhm. It's kind of one of those things where it's important to evaluate the totality when possible. Although it's a little odd that you mention the backups less conservative thing, considering a lot of people used to say teams play more conservative with backups.

I guess it really just depends on the team.

For one drive they could

No chance. Putting them out their cold is more of an injury risk than just playing the whole game.

Only if you block for him.

encroachment gives lions first down on 4th and 1 attempt
