Rest assured, the only aura he ever had was in the minds of Philly fans. Furthermore, if he even had an aura league-wide why would the Eagles have to dupe a team out of a high draft pick? If was as valued as you think he was prior to this game, no duping necessary.

Wouldn’t the aura be the mechanism to facilitate said duping?

Why is everyone afraid of the 49ers coming here?

They really threw the ball 40 times. With the running game working the best it had in a while. Unreal. This staff is truly incompetent.

There were alot of people on here wanting to rest starters.

Now because Chicago lost people are back tracking and saying it was a stupid decision.

My thoughts were Dickerson, Jurgens and Lane especially would all benefit from a rest, and if you sit three O linemen, you sit the QB. At that point, might as well play the backups.

Because our offense blows goats

Parker seems to be an awesome DB coach. Bennett and Ringo just don’t have it.

And Patullo sucks too. The only thing that can save him is incorporating the QB run game that I assume they’ve held back to keep Hurts healthy.

Is Parker an awesome coach or did they just hit grand slams with Coop and Quinyon? I guess Adoree has rounded into somewhat decent shape but I'm not sold.

ST coaching is trash. Moorehead is like bullet proof but has never done anything.

Even Stouts units have been arse this year.

We're so poorly coached across the board minus Fangio, and it's painfully obvious. And I know you and I disagree on many of his in-game decisions but Siri has cost the team so many points. It's insane

Our defense is better now than earlier in the season.

And Stafford hasnt been anywhere near as good as it sounds the way people talk about him.

You can see why they were so desperate to trade for every last CB option. Ringo and Bennett are bad

And they traded for Bennett which was pretty bad in hindsight

Let’s just all agree that Patullo is the biggest problem.

Some of you are mad that Nick isn’t helping O more but I just don’t view that as his job and I’m ok with that.

Chiefs will be picking 9th in the draft.

Falcons win four in a row to move the pick they gave to the Rams out of the top ten.

100% they take an OT

Anyone think the game would have been different if McKee played with AJ, Goedert, Devonta (entire game), Barkley and the starting defense?

I'm not debating whether McKee is better than Hurts because that's not debatable at this point. But we're dismissing him and comparing to Hurts when the circumstances weren't the same.

If they just played the 1st team defense today, we win with 17 most likely even with McKee playing with backups on offense.

Could have kept Barkley rested but yes. AJ, Smith, and Goedert run better routes and have better hands. Also their catch radius is better than the backups

Sure, no injuries was a goal this weekend. But based on what the players said, just resting for a week seems to be really important for them.

Mononucleosis just beat them and he couldn’t score

Patullo isn’t winning a SB there I said it.

If the goal was to rest our players then that’s the right call. I rather had Cooper and Covey getting targets than running Tank 20 times for no reason. We need him for 2 carries in the post-season.

I am shocked though how badly Ringo and Bennett looked. Absolutely trash. Ringo with that last TD just sealed his fate here.

If they can’t beat the niners at home. They don’t deserve crap.

If they can’t beat the Bears (average team) in Chicago nor the Panthers or Bucs at home, they don’t deserve crap.

They won a Super Bowl at the 1 seed, 2 seed, now a 3 seed

Eagles 4th QTR Offense (3 Drives)

16 drop backs

5 completions

40 passing yards

1 sack for -7 yards

0 Rushes.

We have a guaranteed home game next week.

After that, it's entirely possible that the Rams beat the Panthers and they wind up coming to Philly.

Only thing that sucks is that we're most likely on the road for the NFCCG.

Would've been nice to get the W but we're lined up for two home games and then hope the Seahawks aren't actually as good as their record says they are.

If the eagles and bears win in WC round that outcome won't matter; the eagles will be heading to CHI.

At least we got completions.

Dude, we are tough, detailed and together.

He's not, it's Sirianni. OCs don't make that much of a difference. Patullo is just an extension of Sirianni.

Because they are playing really well the past 7 weeks, losing only to the #1 seed in the NFC. And if you watched them over that period, you would see that they pass the eye test big time.

No. His aura was purely Eagle fan based. I like him, I think he is a good back up QB. I think he plays better with our starters, but his aura was fan fabricated.
