Today the offense stunk. Some of that is you ar playing with all backups besides the first drive with Devonta and then pulled steen. Patullo stinks and the offense still has the same issues today as it did yesterday. That said also dealing with guys we hope we don’t have to play like Kendall, Fred Johnson, Williams, Pryor and Toth got hurt so really into backups. I’ll should’ve given tank more touches and utilized him. Also should should that the drop off from Devonta and aj brown is massive. I like cooper as a developmental project but he’s not ready for a bigger role. Imo Dotson is a 3rd wr for a reason. Hes not a starter. It’s why i argued getting rid of aj brown and just replacing him with Dotson isn’t a great plan.

The offense was an issue tonight per usual, but I would still argue th defense had chances to get off the field, and their corners (and brown) were so bad that they just continue drives for the commanders. if the commanders were smart, they would’ve just thrown the ball every single time because Ringo and Bennett were gonna get a penalty on 1st, 2nd or 3rd down. Neither one of those guys know what the hell to do out there. Which we could say part of that is coaching, but I tend to think that both of these guys just JAGs that aren’t able to utilize what they are taught and use it on the field. Specifically Ringo, who has been here now 3 years is still doing things and making mistakes that a rookie in training camp would do

Hes got great speed and athleticism, long arms but damn dude needs to smoke a joint before the game, dude is like a strung out yappie little dog.

Ringo, I think maybe might want to get him tested for some kind of mental disability.

Worst game we have seen him play but KP and Nick did him no favors. Throwing 3 times from the 3???? So many bad calls. Again, coaches shouldn't lose teams games. They have multiple rimes this year.

I've seen more than a few that hold him in very high regard and that he is only being held back by the young Super Bowl MVP.

Right. It provides advantage in the wild card round by letting you play definitely the worst of the NFC wild card teams, and it provides advantage in the divisional round by ensuing you play it at home. That's why I said if they had played the starters today they would have likely at least made the NFC championship game. Heck, if they rested all the starters other than Quinyon and either Skinny or Swole, they win that game by 10+ points probably.

True, but Shanahan has his weaknesses. Most notably, he's way too conservative. He'll punt/kick on just about every 4th down. That could give us a slight edge.

A whole bunch of people who were pro-rest before the game are now mad about the decision to sit the starters. Hindsight is 20/20.

Tbh i think Bennett could probably be fine as a backup just don’t see him as a starter. Reason the raiders gave him up when they have little talent. I had higher hopes for him. But we are in week 18 and he hasn’t really made any jump. I’m assuming he’s back next year cause he’s cheap. But i don’t expect much from him.

Sirianni has been playing scared all season. I think neither of them are very good HC's

Only draft or trade for CBs with Vic's stamp of approval.

Bears could absolutely lose to the Packers and the Rams could absolutely lose to the Panthers. Rams already did lose in Carolina a little over a month ago.

Tannker was pretty bad and the guy can't move. No interest in him in anything but as a back up but maybe not even that, 3rd string might be more of his calling.

My issue was more if we are sitting and resting guys then i dont want Jordan Davis, ojomo, Nolan smith and hunt playing the amount of snaps they did tonight. The played more than id have liked from them. I get it wasn’t likely their normal snap counts but if we are resting guys for postseason then just run other guys into the ground and take the L. I get can’t inactive everyone but i also can just accept the L on defense by playing guys i dont really expect to play in the playoffs.

Nick is a dichotomy of being aggressive on fourth down but conservative in play design to avoid turnovers.

Hopefully he'll release the reigns next week.

Ringo is a very good ST player to be fair. He's a bad CB. Where he was picked that probably around the expected outcome

I’ve seen several that call Hurts out for poor play (and fairly so) but I’ve not seen anyone defend KP. I think everyone here is on the same page that he needs to go

I'm hoping this game - and the season in general on offense - makes someone on the offensive side of the ball realize it's time to run the ball - and keep running it until it works - get back to controlling the game on offense - then open up the game with some solid passing once the running game has been established. They might have a decent chance of winning a few playoff games that way - knowing that our defense will come in and dominate.
