Tbh if they just had an average defense, they’d win more. They’ve scored 34+ in 8 games over the last 2 seasons and are 2-6. They’ve scored 38 or more in 5 games over the last 2 years and are 1-4

The Superbowl is up for grabs. Eagles gain an edge if they can make that one deal for an impact defensive lineman. Otherwise, they are capable of laying an egg to anyone as they did with Broncos and Giants. This still is not last year's dominant roster and stacked at every position. Want one more guy and not a dart throw and would feel more confident.

They are all dart throws for the most part except Myles Garrett

No one out there close to as good as him, he’s a force multiplier. And likely won’t cost WAY more than Phillips who is way worse. He has a hip issue, he’l get a physical before any trade is completed so if it’s bad the trade would be vetoed. Not a huge concern for me

The hip issue seems to be nagging. For a 9 game rental that seems very iffy. But I agree at his best he's clearly the best pass rusher possible

If Howie trades for him, he’s re-signing him. And yes, they can afford to do it. They were trying to trade for parsons and give him a Record breaking contract.

Same here. I have people that I generally trust - Jeremy Jahns is kind of corny but his taste is generally very good and the reviews don't go into the hours. IMDB and RT are not what they once were.
