Tommy of Iggles Blitz has been MIA since before the finale. Anyone knows what he is up to?

We have an elite and a very good OC hitting the market in McDaniel and Monken. We have to come away with one of them.

It would be nice to see some creativity on offense, just don't think we're built that way.

Yes, even a guy like Daboll. Because he is no threat to be hired away in a year, no team will ever touch that guy again as HC. But Lurie needs to come away with one of these guys. The Eagles are attractive. A recent history of being a part of this organization leading to you getting a HC job. Tons of talent and a lot of success. An owner who will outbid other teams to pay coordinators highly.

The "problem" is if Eagles go on a deep playoff run, how will they manage that. Can't fire Patullo midway through a playoff run.

I personally would prefer Monk because he won't be poached for a HC job in the future and if hes successful here he can stay here for years ala Fangio :)

Daboll just isn’t a mix with Sirianni. We can’t have two hot heads like that. McDaniel doesn’t come off like a leader of men IMO. He would be perfect as a playcaller only.

This is a loaded OC class, we need to do what it takes to get one of these guys

We’re in a tough spot. If we go on a run, offense plays well, I don’t see them moving on from KP. Which is unfortunate

McDaniel apparently is super tight with Dan Quinn. Would not love him in Washington.

Lots of good OC candidates. The double edged sword of making a deep playoff run is that they’ll miss out on all of them.

Probably not, but if you want contunuity and don't want to lose OCs every year, he's your guy. Although he's apparently close with Hurts.

May have to work back channels or go the consultant route. But going on another SB run may take the Eagles out of the running for these OCs. Kinda like last year.

Good luck with that. With how the offense has looked this year, if somebody comes in here and has his offense firing on all cylinders, there’s a good chance that they’re going to get coaching interviews knowing they had talent last year and couldn’t make it look like that.

look monken is 59 and he has an interview for a HC job. So this theory oh well because they’re older they won’t leave or won’t get interviews is a BS theory. Bruce Arians got his 1st HC job in his 60s. I don’t age think is stopping people from hiring our OC if they maximize the offense.
