Which means the first opinion was probably that he needed surgery to fix it and ends his season. The second opinion, probably was you can give it a 3 week or more (hence no IR) and see how much it heals. There’s a chance it heals on its own an avoids surgery. The only thing you’re losing by not doing the surgery now and just seeing if rest works is potentially getting started in rehab later. I’m guessing if he has surgery January or early February he’d be back for start of 2026 season.

10 hours ago10 hr If you MUST change the seeding then this is the only fair way.All teams play their division 2x and the rest of their conference once for 18 games.Then seed the games as normal and let the team with the better record host.
